UNKNOWN POV

"Hello, old friend."

Two men greeted each other, the darkness shrouding there features and the bustle of men masking their voice.

"It is good to see you again, it has been a long time since our time in Pentos. How has the kingdom been holding up against the famous spider of Pentos."

One of the men said with a laugh,

"The realm is still at peace, the Lions have been able to keep it all together. Their rising power has the kigdom focused on them, the king is still able to hold onto enough sanity to not dismiss him."

"You called me here, this means that things have changed and you wish to change the plan."

"Yes, the rise of The Lion is dangerous. The young dragon avoids the capital and we cannot reach him in the dragonstone. The young dragon and lion could be our bane. We must expedite our plans and try to land a blow before, the real mayhem, a prelude perhaps to the fate of the the followers the Dragon."

"Hmm. But, the plan was previously decided. We still have the Stags to deal with, one wrong move and the whole building could crumble and we cannot have that."

"Yet, the danger that the rising power of the West can not also be ignored."

The two men continued to plan the future of Westseros, probably planning to bring great change. A change that was perhaps meant to happen.

Tyland Lannister POV

MY time at the capital had been enlightening to say the very least. I had now understood completely why father had called me here. The capital was more complicated than normal. I had my usual businesses continue their reports, yet they were nothing compared to wat I had learned in the previous month.

Here everyonw was carrying a poisonous dagger in their clothes, waiting to pounce on you and they were all looking to pounce on someone specific, US. House Lannister was threatning everyone, perhaps this was the lesson my father wanted me to learn. I was famous as a brilliant child, yet they were unaware of me being the owner of a whole merchant company. This made the target at my back a little smaller, yet the rising power of the West was becoming a threat to them and so they were eyeing us like sheep. Waiting to pounce.

I had understood one thing, that was that I was naïve and optimistic. I had underestimated the greed and heinous nature of men. I had forgotten the human history, the history that had a brother kill his very brother for nothing but jealousy. This was going to change, I could not have their experience, but I had a headstart and I had become complacent and that was going to change.

Tywin Lannister POV

I was looking at my son, his eyes constantly scanning around the room, his lips moving muttering something incoherent. Standing in the corner, with a glass in his hand. He was learning and he was learning he was doing it fast. Tywin Lannister knew that Tyland was ahead in his studies, he was taught regular politics, yet the politics changed. They were like a flowing river, you had to navigate the river cautiously or it will blow you out.

This should have waited until he was a couple of years older. But, the changing political climate had made him move it up a couple of years. He would have tutored him himself, if he had not understood the lesson. But there was no need of it, he had understood and started becoming more observant in the past weeks. His son always understood the importance of information and money, his businesses were a prime example of that, yet there was one more component to politics. What kind of information and to use t where. The answer was all kind of information was useful, you had to be able to isolate the bullshit from the real information and then move through this dagger filled society.

He was just observing his son, when the gates were opened and in came a silver haired, purple eyed boy with a face that could charm any lady at court. His back straight and his eyes focused, His every feature as if carved specifically for a price, well it kind of was. Rhaegar of House Targaryen was here. The games were about to begin.
