While walking towards the study room, Fu Yan could hear the servers running at full as the room was filled with hot air even though the AC was running at full. The cooling fans were trying their best to cool down the machines, but it was not enough.

Fu Yan hurried towards the study room. When he entered the room he saw a very strange but familiar scene.

He saw the computer screens which were filled with binary codes and different screens that were flashing in between.

He hurriedly sat down in the chair and called out to Qing but got no response.

Fu Yan was surprised when he got no response from Qing and a bad feeling started to build up in his heart.

He quickly started to type on the keyboard and opened the interface of Qing's logical system and started to check the logs for errors.

Just when he was checking the problem, his phone started to ring. He noticed that there were already 7 missed calls.

He saw the caller id and immediately picked up the call. When he placed the phone near his ear, Fei Hong's anxious voice came from the speakers.

"Fu Yan, I know you might be busy, and I did not want to call you, but I am left with no other choice."

"Ok relax and tell me what happened." Fu Yan said in a calm voice.

After he said this, he could hear Fei Hong taking a long breath, and then she continued.

"Well, the problem is that our gaming service got suspended about 9 hours ago and we still cannot get it back online. Technicians were informed the moment the game went offline and they have been working to get it back online but according to them, the problem is with the server system. It's not responding and no users can connect to it. We have been overwhelmed with calls from our customers. The IT team said that the servers are running at full capacity and some are overloaded too. They have been trying their best to solve it but cannot get access to the core of the system."

Fu Yan silently listened and did not reply for a while. After thinking for a bit and taking different factors into account, he asked.

"Did the servers stop responding immediately or were there some other issues too?"

Upon hearing this Fei Hong did not respond for a while and Fu Yan could hear her typing on the keyboard. After checking the data sent by the IT team, she replied.

"According to the IT team, servers started to run at full 12 hours and 40 minutes ago, and the game crashed 8 hours and 25 minutes ago." She gave him full details of what happened. She paused for a second and continued.

"After receiving the call from the game department, I immediately ordered the IT team to fix the problem and also tried to contact the person you told me to in case something happened but I got no response."

Fu Yan sighed and said.

"Ok! I understand. Tell the IT team that they can stop now and I will look into this problem. Also, issue an apology on the website and tell them that each person who had registered before today will get 50% off on their next monthly subscription and if they are yearly customers then we will refund 30% of their subscription money."

"Ok, I will immediately issue the apology." Fei Hong replied.

"Very well. I am going to work on fixing this problem and I will tell you as soon as I fix this problem. Goodbye." Fu Yan cut off the call and resumed looking through logs on the screen and tried to find the problem.

After spending more than an hour, he was able to understand the problem. The reason the game was disconnected and servers were running at full because Qing encountered a difficult task and tried to execute it but she didn't have enough processing power.

Fu Yan was able to understand this part but did not know about the problem that caused all this.

He again started to look through logs and spent another hour and sighed.

He had suspected that the problem that Qing encountered might be related to him but he was not sure. He was only 50% sure but after looking through the logs, his suspicion became true.

When Fei Hong told him that servers started to run at full power 13 to 14 hours ago, he immediately noticed that this was the time when he went to the bedroom to take the medicine and now after reading the logs, he understood the root cause of the problem. He knew that Qing was just trying to help him when she faced this problem.

He wanted to open the Qing's core program and check it to see what changed there but he refrained from doing so. The main thing right now was to bring Qing back online and release the load on the servers.

It was not that Qing was offline and could not perform tasks. It was just that she gave priority to the current task and shut down all other functions. Because she was not able to solve this problem with current computing power, an error occurred and Qing got stuck in a loop which caused her to do the same task over and over until she found a solution. Now Fu Yan's job was to get her out of this loop and resolve the bug.

The bug was not that difficult to resolve and he needed to just write a simple code for this so he immediately started to type codes on the screen and after typing for half an hour, he checked the code again and executed it.

Binary codes started to run on the screen and after some time, all screens shut down. The system started to reboot and after 10 minutes of waiting, Qing's voice sounded in the room.

"Big Brother! Are you ok?"
