A Last Chance!

It's not that no one else had the similar idea of asking Fu Yan for help but no matter how much they tried, they were unable to contact him. 

They tried sending ships but all were promptly destroyed without even a warning so for now they could only shake their heads in embarrassment and think about other solutions and ponder how to face the incoming danger. 

"Well lets just say that we tried to contact the Island owner and it didn't go well. So instead of wasting our time on that, let's think about other ways to tackle this problem."

Taking a short pause and observing everyone's reaction, the host continued.

"I propose we reach an alliance and pool together our resources. If the aliens are hostile, we would use whatever means necessary to fight back but if they are friendly, we would decide how to treat them together."
