The cursed techniques were categorised mainly into two types.

And the other category is the inherited techniques, these are the bread and butter of the sorcerer family and the reason they are able to stand at the top of the food chain.
Such as the techniques possessed by Gojo satoro, these techniques can either be a secret technique that can be taught to anyone or techniques passed down from one family member to another through blood relations.
"The question is, which technique should I ask for using this book, or should I make one of my own, or just get an ability using this book," Tom kept thinking and soon enough he began second guessing his decision.
Now he understood why he was given a Gacha system to use, he was an over thinker through and through.

Taking one in his hands, he immediately drank, suddenly he felt like his body was on fire, the various cuts and bruises on his body healed at a rapid rate as if he was wolverine.
"Damn it! I should have just used the ones I got previously, sigh."
Tom stored away everything else including the healing potions with only the slaughter demon left.
This was a sharp combat knife with a wide-edged blade featuring two holes and bandages at its base. It is especially effective in severing the limbs of cursed spirits, and it is imbued with cursed energy such that even non-sorcerers can use it to exorcise curses.
Tom remembered it as a blade in Mai's hands given to Yuji for his first field test.

Tom put it away, he didn't go ahead and try to use the training pills and decided to do it later since it was apparent that a specific amount of time is lost in the real world when he uses those pills.
With a few hours left, Tom took a notebook and started writing down all kinds of powers he could get from the skill book.
