Well, I'm back from the hellscape known as exams. I'll end this story here. As you've already seen in the last few chapters, I was considering using the Manhattan chapter as a tie-in for my new story, but it was becoming too influential on the plot.

So, I've decided to reboot from the beginning. The gacha system will remain largely the same, but with some changes, such as how the MC escapes Vandal. Additionally, I'm eliminating the reliance on gacha ex machina.

I'll start the new story with the same first chapter, but the second chapter will be different.
