16 The Day of the Festival

The mansion was filled with noise since early morning and even under the sun, the distinct Color of light balls around the mansion seems to be dying sun rays in their colors.

'It sure feels like Christmas, preparing whole day for celebration at night' thought Ryu while seeing everyone preparing around him while sitting on the bed.

Since early morning today, everyone was moving rapidly in the mansion doing one thing or another all the maids were in uniform which was fancier than usual with the exception of Aiena. Who came running towards Ryu

"Am I looking cute in this Young Master!!," she said while spinning around. she really was looking cute wearing a red dress with white bows on it and the dress was looking like a non-traditional maid dress and her hair which were usually down were made into a bun,

Ryu's thoughts were like 'Cuteeee really cute is she out of anime or something …this is the kind of loli that must be protected!!!'

He wished he could shout but instead, he just smiled and moved his arms asking for being carried around, and once she picked him up. As usual, he pointed towards the direction leading Aiena to where he wants to go but before they could move Lina entered the room and spoke

"Lina it's not the time to play, help me get baby ready whole town will be able to see him tonight!"

"Yes, Viscount mam, I am sure young master will look cute!!" Aiena said while putting Ryu back on the bed and they both start striping him which made Ryu think 'Please be gentle with me,," he would've joked if he could speak.

And before he could process what was happening to him a mirror was placed in front of him and what was reflected in it was a baby with Crimson red eyes which looks sparkly, Deep blue hairs dressed in a little coat and pants looking like a little cute gentleman seeing himself Ryu wondered

'I look like out from anime myself with this hair and eye color' before he could think anymore someone burst inside the room

"babyyyy,,, he is really looking cute and also like me!!!" shouted Ralph taking Ryu in his arms, seeing him act like this Ryu think 'If only he acts properly, he looks so dashing…..my school girls would fight over a guy like him.'

Indeed as Ryu thought Ralph was looking very handsome in Dark Bluecoat worn over armor contrasting with his light blue hairs and silver eyes with a nice structured eyes and nose makes him irresistibly handsome. While Ryu was being spoiled by Ralph, Aiena pulled the hem of Lina's dress and asked

"Viscountess mam, what about Young master's name is it already decided??"

At that question, a frown appears on Lina's face and she was about to answer but before she could Ralph spoke

"We have decided, to let his grandpa name him. He will be on his way" he said after that he returns to spoiling and kept spoiling him while Ryu stared at Lina and think

'She looked troubled; does she have a troublesome relationship with her father'

After half hour Butler and Helena both came into the room announcing the arrival of guest

As soon as they hear this news Ralph stand up while giving up Ryu to Lina and blinked at her and spoke

"Let's take this as a chance dear"

"You know I really do not have anything to mend, Not like I hate him" she frowned and went out of the room carrying Ryu in her arms who was thinking

'I was totally correct their relationship seems troublesome' and kept thinking of various scenarios his favorite past time until they followed by reaching the main hall.

What was standing in the hall was an old-looking man with red hairs reaching to his shoulders, brown eyes with a chiseled face with few wrinkles wearing an expensive-looking robe and with him he has a big bag of white color which was looking filled up to the brim seeing that big bag Ryu think

'Is my grandpa part-time Santa!!' before he could laugh at his thought a cold voice suddenly come from above him

"Welcome father was journey till here comfortable," Lina said in a cold voice Ryu have never heard this kind of voice coming out of always caring Lina so he got a bit out of sync with reality while Lina was thinking while looking at her father

'He still is the same thinking gifts could melt me' and frowned and her Father answered

"Thanks for welcoming Lina, the mansion looks pretty with all the decoration and light orbs" and after a pause seeing Lina's reaction he continued

"these are some presents for my Grandchild I wish to give them along with the name" saying this he turned his face towards Ralph and smirk and nod a bit and Ralph said while coming forward

"Welcome Father, you really do love our baby even though you never see him" actually this is all a plan plotted by Ralph and Lina's father Kyle Vanir to make Lina forgive Kyle for his past bad deeds by seeing him being affectionate of Ryu.

"I sure do, give me my grandchild. I want to spoil him a lot" Kyle said with a smile that doesn't seem genuine and to this Lina replied with a disinterested look

"Please do not start opening up all of your presents, we need to keep Mansion clean for tonight" as she passed Ryu to him

In his arms, while being spoken by him "baby say grandpa, grandpa" Ryu feel repulsed while thinking

'He feels like my past like Uncle fake, if he is like him I can kinda get why mom dislike him'

While Kyle was playing with Ryu his eyes suddenly fell on Aiena and he spoke

"Ralph is this the girl you saved, if you want you can get her to work in one of my stores. It will keep you safe from rumors" hearing her say this stuff a chill went down Aiena back she takes a step back but a hand was placed on her shoulder and Lina said while comforting Aiena

"Father, a guest should act as a guest and not comment on family members" in reply to this Kyle while pushing Ryu back onto her spoke in an irritating tone

"Is it bad to think about keeping you safe, Ralph let's go to your office"

"Yes Father, we can have a chat there," Ralph said and continued "we can think of a name but I prefer Ralph jr"

At this Ryu began to cry and they finally left after they leave. Lina gets on her knees and said to Aiena

"Do not worry Aiena you are part of the family, unlike some guests" and Aiena hugged her and Ryu wanted to shout

'Am suffocaatingg!!!' but he couldn't shout after that the Gift bag was transferred to Warehouse from the hall, they all had a Lunch together, where for some reason Kyle was praising every food item while he kept nodding towards Ralph who nods in reply Ryu thought

'These two are up to no good'.

After that Ryu and Aiena were told by Lina and Ralph to play in the garden with the maid sisters because they have something important to talk about with Kyle. And while they were lost in playing the time of departure to Church arrived and all of them begin preparing to Leave
