99 [First condition- Fulfilled]

-Ryu's pov

"Literally what in the hell?... what happened here?" I asked as I looked around the room. There were several purple dead bodies with their heads smashed and mangled looked gross, almost 15 of them. I looked at Jue, who was smiling awkwardly with purple blood all over his face.

'I am no longer surprised with his smashing power!? But literally 15 at the same time!?'

Aiena, who was healing Gustav whose arm was bitten, spoke,

"When I heard a shout and came in, Jue was already fighting many imps,"

"Big brother, after you left many imps came rushing through the door as if someone intentionally send them here,"

"No one is injured, right?" I asked, concerned because I didn't see the two kids from earlier, but Aiena nodded as she said,

"Only Mr. Gustav had a scratch when Frank tried hiding behind him, leaving that aside. Everyone else is fine… the children are in the backyard"

'Good, that they are good… ahh now that I think about it why Frank hasn't moved,' I wondered as I looked towards him and found him lying unconscious in the corner,

I pointed toward him in shock as I asked,

"He isn't dead, is he!? what happened with him" Jue rubbed the back of his head awkwardly as he spoke,

"Actually big brother I was smashing an Imp's head when he came rushing in the middle while escaping… I tried holding back but he falls unconscious," Jue was looking guilty, but I haven't ever felt prouder of him I patted his shoulder as I said,

"You did your best!! Jue accidents happen now and then, don't worry much" smiling brightly, Jue looked at me with a confused face but nodded happily with praise,

After settling down a bit, we helped Gustav bury the dead bodies of Imps in the backyard. Burying a dead body of a monster that looked this near to human gave me a taboo feeling as if cops would pull up any second now,

"I make a few discoveries on my forest walk," I said as we all sit at the table,

"Big brother, did you see the dungeons?" Jue asked with his eyes shining, seeing his excitement made it harder to say what I found as he is really excited about dungeons, but well the sooner I tell the sooner it will be over,

"There are no 3 dungeons… in fact, there is only one place barely resembling a cave." As I said this, I saw Jue's face was visibly sad.

"But then how? Where did the monsters come from? And dungeon core?" Aiena asked, confused, and I replied,

"When I was rushing back towards hope, I found a big cage…. Probably the monsters are transported from somewhere and there weren't any dungeons in the first place…. Whoever is behind this is hiding in that cave,"

I looked towards Aiena and then Jue. they both too looked at me and we all nodded in sync as I turned to Gustav,

"Gustav, can you take care of this idiot for us?" I pointed toward Frank,

"I sure can stay here for a while…. But the thing is, what will I do when he wakes up? Also, will you really recover our village?" Gustav asked with a hopeful look and I nodded as I said,

"Believe in me," and he nodded as I made my most convincing smile and he nodded. As we were being ready to leave, I moved near Gustav and speak in his ears,

"If he wakes up and gives you trouble, feel free to knock him unconscious" as I said this, he looked at me as if he was looking at someone crazy, but it isn't my fault he just didn't know Frank well enough. I am perfectly normal, right?

As we were exiting the house, I gave Gustave a thumbs up.

Walking through the forest, we slowly moved towards the cave I found earlier. The forest was quite different from the Zerah forest the color was trees were lighter green and there was no sense of danger here. Jue was walking cautiously, while Aiena was walking filled with curiosity looking towards every new kind of tree we came across,

"Jue, Aiena, our enemy are humans… you know what that means, right?" I asked, and Jue nodded while Aiena looked concerned.

"I will take the big boss this time!! but not like what big brother did" Jue said as we stood near the cave.

"Let's begin our raid," I said as I turned my rings into the swords,

"I am ready!!" Jue said happily, and Aiena pulled on my sleeves as she said,

"Ryu… if possible, can we" and I answered her straight,

"I am sorry Aiena but it all depends on the enemy this time" she looked a bit down but nodded as she knew that it was necessary,

"Let's go then," I said as I stepped inside the cave as soon as we stepped in a siren-like sound began to ring inside the cave and suddenly a wall appeared at the entrance, it wasn't thick enough I believe Jue would be able to break it with few smashes when using his blessing,

"Here they come!!" I shouted as I threw daggers towards the incoming Imps. They weren't that hard to kill, and most of them were dying from the shots of daggers. Jue too rushed forward, killing many imps,

"It seems like this was the trap they make to kill people at the entrance," Aiena said as she chanted heal on Jue who got bitten by one of the imps,

"Jue take care to use [Gravel shot] on the ones that are flying!!" I instructed and Jue followed in about 5 minutes the Imps stopped coming entirely but instead, 20 orcs came rushing few running bipedal and a few running on their all fours looking like bores,

"Take this you pig heads!!" I said as I jumped forward using [Slash] through both swords cutting the neck of 3 orcs at once,

"[Gravel Claw], [Smash]!!" Jue roared as he crushed the face of an orc, orcs were a little harder to kill than imps due to their bigger body but the good thing was I didn't need to aim properly while throwing daggers it is like even if I threw the dagger with eyes closed it will hit an orc.

Finally, after killing all the orcs, we stepped inside the deepest part of the cave.

And suddenly the light that was present in the cave went off.

'Who turned off the light suddenly!?' I wondered as I tried looking around in darkness when suddenly Aiena's shouting voice came,

"Ryu!! Someone is pulling me!!" I drew a light glyph on the wall confused by the sudden absence of Aiena's presence from behind and was shocked when I saw 10 men who look similar to the Giant bandits from earlier standing in front of me and Jue armed with 10 broad swords there were other people standing behind in shadows too, I could see due to my [Hide & Seek] skill.

One of them was holding Aiena by her hair.

"The kids are related to Map changer… we can deal with Map changer if we had them!! you can do anything you want with the girl" the strange noise made the bandits smile as the tallest of the spoke,

My mind went blank suddenly in the void that my mind became anger began to rise as I heard a noise coming from a communication device.

"You heard him, right kid? If you don't want this pretty girl's head chopped, do as we say!!"

Then the smaller one who was holding Aiena stated,

"You don't want her damaged, do you…? I am sure she is tastier this way. "

I scanned them all as I thought of something and my suspicion was on point. They all had the title [Buds Plucking deviant], Jue who was standing beside me seemed panicked as the man was moving his blade near Aiena's neck. I was angrier than anything else,

"Who are you, people?... what is your grudge with grandpa or this village?" I asked them because this would be the last time I can get information out of it,

"Ask Map changer when you meet him next time" one of the bandits snorted. I couldn't hold back anymore. Something inside me was eating me up I wanted to end these all bastards,

And I chanted under my breath,

"Return heat to world embrace cold bind their hands, let there be frost" the bandits who were mocking me for being quiet were suddenly shocked as their hands froze. I jumped towards the bandit who was pulling Aiena by the hairs and slowly I said in Aiena's ears,

"This will be over soon…." My voice was cold as I pushed her back.

"Jue beat them!!" I shouted and Jue, who was shocked by my rapid actions, finally began to fight as he smashes the heads of bandits using his blessings and skills,

"[Dark Reinforcement IV]!!" I shouted and all my daggers started emitting blackish crimson miasma. I threw once directing it toward the bandit's neck, killing him in no time.

Whenever I thought about killing a human, I wondered if I would have remorse or guilt, but there was none of it. All that was on my mind was killing another one,

"Ryu!!!" Aiena was shouting, but I didn't have the time to reply, as I turned my sword sideways when another bandit rushed towards me, pushing my sword directly into his belly.

After my second kill, my head was feeling a bit numb and I could feel it. I was losing myself to the effects of the maddening revenge title as I was shouting,

"How dare you touch Aiena!? you deviant!"

There was noise coming from the communication device from before, but I didn't care anymore as the following texts appear before my eyes,
