40 Fighting Grayfia

After Izashi returned back, he started to help out Rias and Akeno in their magic training. He was showing Rias on how she could control the power of destruction, his control was so well that he could make anything with it.

He was sure that he was a lot better the Sirzechs in the department of the controlling the Power of Destruction, the only thing he lacked was the pure power, the devil power which he had accumulated over the course of the years in war.

He had also tried to help out Akeno with her control and power that she commanded over the holy lightning, after hearing about his suggestions, Akeno did feel like her control over the lightning was smoother.

While they (Referring to Izashi, Rias, Akeno and Kuroka) were eating dinner together in Izashi's room. A bright red light flashed inside the room and the teleportation magic seal of the gremory was inscripted on the magic circle.

A busty woman dressed in a french maid outfit with a monotonous face appeared right in front of them. They were pretty surprised by her appearance, Izashi and Rias together called out for her, "Sister!"

Grayfia stared at them with a calm gaze, she started to speak in a monotonous tone, "Izashi-sama, Rias-sama, I have come to inform you that the heir to the Phenex family, Riser-sama will be here tomorrow. As instructed by Izashi-sama, who said to inform you both a day earlier when Riser-sama was going to appear."

Izashi nodded his head and agreed that he was the one who asked her to notify them a day earlier, "Thanks sister for coming out of way to inform us about this. I appreciate it." Though it didn't change her face but Izashi could see the corners of her mouth going in an upward position.

She bowed and was about to take her leave that Izashi stopped her, "Wait! I was actually thinking of called you out sister. I actually wanted to spar with you while using my full strength, I want to know how strong you are as compared to me."

Grayfia calmly clarified his words, "So, you wish to test your strength against me. Alright Izashi-sama, lucifer-sama isn't expecting my return till tomorrow evening so I can indeed accompany you in this spar."

Izashi tried to hold back his smirk appearing on his face, "Then let's get out of here right now. I don't want to accidentally destroy this mansion." He said this so casually but Grayfia was right, when he left the underworld, he already had the strength to destroy a mansion like this.

Izashi glanced at Rias and Akeno who were excited to see their fight, "Sorry both of you, this time you can't come yet! I wouldn't be able to seriously fight sister with onlookers watching us, I want to fight at my full strength against her."

Akeno was the first person to react, she hugged him and held his clothes tightly, glancing into his eyes with a determined expression, "Win! I want you to return back with a win!"

Izashi flashed a grin at her while speaking in equal determination, "Of course, I will! You both just wait for me to come back."

Nobody tried to stop him from fighting Grayfia, after they both left the mansion, Kuroka worriedly whispered, "I hope the fight goes well…"

Believing that she was also worried about Izashi like them, Rias confidently spoke out, "You don't have to worry about my brother Kuroka-san, his control of the Power of Destruction is really good, if not the best already. He can definitely hold his own against sister Grayfia."

Kuroka stares in the direction in which Izashi and Grayfia were moving, she whispered in a low voice, "That's not who I am worried for…"

She let those words left hanging in the air, leaving Rias and Akeno confused who didn't understand what she meant. Kuroka was meanwhile thinking 'If master has can control that strength that I sensed the other day, then he doesn't even need a single second to win the fight.'

After they were a sufficient distance away from the mansion, Izashi finally stopped and turned around. He snapped his fingers and suddenly a barrier appeared around the both of them.

Grayfia showed no signs of being surprised, Izashi however was used to her persona of a calm maid and spoke up, "Sister, this is a barrier I created a few days ago. We can use our full powers without anyone detecting and interfering with our fight."

And Grayfia tried to gauge the whole barrier but she couldn't see the end of it. She started speaking in a calm tone, "You used quite some time to make this barrier, isn't that right Izashi-sama?"

Izashi nodded his head thought it didn't actually take him that long, he simply made a second barrier as well while he was making the barrier for his training purpose but he didn't complete the end point.

When he tested out his speed with the Golden Energy, he had reached a huge distance which wasn't what he expected out of his speed. He placed the end point of the barrier there, he had also used his Golden Energy while making this barrier, that was the reason why it was so large and Grayfia couldn't accurately gauge the barrier's strength and dimensions.

However, Grayfia didn't think of it for a long time when she noticed Izashi taking a battle stance which was unfamiliar to her. She heard him saying, "Sister, you better fight seriously because I sure am going to! And also, let's put some stakes, the one who loses will have to do anything that the winner asks."

Grayfia didn't think much of the rules, she trusted him because he was the heir to the gremory and also her brother-in-law. She had seen him grow up so she obviously trusted him a lot.

She agreed to the stakes immediately, "Alright, then let's start Izashi-sama."

And that was it!

This was what Izashi was waiting for, crimson magic started to overflow out of his hands, the magic crests formed above his head and his whole body enveloping in a Red Aura.

This time, in return, Grayfia responded with her own devil magic, it had the elemental nature of Ice, she had the ability to use any elemental magic but from her experience she knew that fighting against the user of power of destruction, it was better to use Ice or Water element.

Though they didn't have the capability of cancelling the attack but it still helped her somewhat to hold back that power of destruction. She tried to end the match quickly by freezing Izashi with her Ice power.

Izashi calmly gazed at Grayfia, not at all worried about the ice appearing on his body, because as soon as it was formed, his power of destruction was quick to destroy it leaving no trace of it.

Grayfia saw this and internally smiled 'He truly is the younger brother of the Lucifer. Let's see if he can give me anymore surprises…'

She rushed towards Izashi with a sudden burst of speed, Izashi already expected that since she was a queen so her physique was obviously enhanced by the Evil Pieces. But, so was his own.

Grayfia suddenly shouted out the name, "Devastating Ice Sword!" An Ice Sword magically appeared within her hands and she tried to slash him on his chest.

Izashi saw it coming and moved his body, the sword barely slashed his light jacket that he was wearing on top of his shirt. He unleashed a lot of Magic power from his hands and spoke out, "Demonic Blaze of Destruction!"

A dense red aura charged up and was unleashed at Grayfia, it was a terrifying move with the capability to destroy anything in it's path. Grayfia knew that she could stop this move so she used an Ice Spell and used it at 60 degree angle to deflect it and change it's course.

It worked though some part of her ice was destroyed by the savage power within that attack. She unconsciously let out a breath of relief but it wasn't for long before she heard the cracks in her ice, she was surprised when she saw Izashi coming through the Ice Wall she created for the sole purpose of deflecting his attack.

'He trapped me!' This realization hit her before Izashi's fist slammed into her gut and she was thrown miles away by his strength.
