Chapter 8

Today Feng woke up early and walked up to the deck. He looked at the rising sun and leaned against the railing. Feng unconsciously closed his eyes while enjoying the breeze and continued to do so until he heard the sound of footsteps.

Feng turned back and saw Koala yawning lazily. Feng laughed and said, " Morning, Koala. " "Are rest of them awake? "

Koala replied, " Morning Captain " " No, they are still sleeping like pigs. "

Koala went downstairs to the kitchen to prepare breakfast, and Feng walked down the stairs towards the bedrooms and woke them up.

He returned to the kitchen and sat waiting for the food, and the rest of the crew joined within a few minutes.

After eating, everyone looked towards Feng and waited for his instructions.

Feng saw that they were waiting for him to speak and said, " Sabo, you gather the latest intel on the Red-Haired Pirates. "

" Ace, you take the log pose for grandline and nautical maps for the west and east blue."

" Koala, you are responsible for the supplies, and Masked Deuce will help you. "

" Masked Deuce, you check for the medical equipment and other supplies and help Koala. "

Everyone stared at him, and their expressions showed resentment that Feng distributed all work among them, and he was free.

Feng looked at their expressions and understood the meaning; he coughed twice to cover up his embarrassment and said, " I am going to see if Sara needs anything. " He left swiftly without giving them any chance to speak.

Everyone laughed at Feng's actions and went to complete their tasks.

Feng came to the deck and sighed and called Sara. The little girl appeared on the deck and jumped happily towards Feng. She hopped on him and raised her head, " Big brother, did you miss me."

Feng laughed and patted her head and said, " Of course, my sister. " He used his spirit power and fed her.

Feng put her back on the deck and sat in front of her. He touched her forehead with his index finger and said, " Sara, close your eyes and try to comprehend. I am going to give you a gift. " She nodded her small head very seriously and sat down while closing her eyes.

Feng also closed his eyes, and his index finger started glowing red, and the energy started flowing into her forehead. Feng opened his eyes after 10 minutes and isolated everything around Sara with his spirit power.

Feng had transmitted the knowledge of absorbing and using the spirit power to her. He also transferred his three skills Bringers light, Spiritual pressure, and Spirit sense. Feng had already done what he could do now it is up to her, how much can she comprehend.

Feng thought if Sara could use his skills, then his ship will even exceed the ancient weapon, Pluto. He took a more comfortable position and sat near her to prevent anyone from disturbing her. Soon everyone returned to the ship, and as they were about to call Sara; Feng gestured them not to interrupt her.

"Two days passed like this. "

Sara woke up on the third day, and he noticed that she had grown taller and more pretty. Sara jumped in front of Feng and looked at him as if waiting for his compliments.

Feng pinched her face and said, " Sara, show me how much did you learn. " Sara pushed his hand back and rubbed her face. Sara used her spirit power, and a red halo covered the ship. Sara waved her hand, and the ship slowly rose above the sea and started floating. This movement shocked the rest of the crew members, and they rushed to the deck to check the situation. They were surprised after learning that Sara could make the ship float. Feng motioned them to wait and said, " Sara can do more than this. "

Feng had already guessed that Sara was capable of this and asked her if she could do anything more.

Sara had a crafty look in her eyes, and she nodded. She controlled a cannon and aimed towards the sea. The cannon's color changed from black to red and fired a red beam of energy towards the sea.

Feng couldn't believe what he had just seen; other people on the ship were shocked and thought that she had fired a laser beam. Feng could not blame them for not knowing that it was not a laser beam but a prototype of Cero. Feng was so shocked because he could not emit his spirit power in this manner. Feng patted her and praised her for being a genius.

Sara was so happy after being praised by Feng and the rest of the crew. Sara told them that she could cover the ship with her spirit power and increase the defense of the ship, and use it to increase the power of a cannonball.

Feng understood her meaning because these were the skills he had passed on to her. The rest of them were numb especially, Ace and Masked Deuce because, they thought that Sara had learned armament haki.

Sara fell, and her face paled. Feng quickly caught her and transferred his spirit power to Sara until her face became rosy again.

Feng solemnly said, " Sara, you will train with me from tomorrow and can not use your powers until I allow you. " Sara nodded.

Everyone started partying for the rest of the night and fell asleep on the deck itself. Feng didn't sleep but used his spirit power to resolve the effect of wine in his body and stood against the railing watching the sea. Feng smiled and enjoyed this rare peaceful moment and, he was looking forward to the adventures and the battles they will face in the future.

Feng was about to go back to his room that he heard Masked Deuce sleep talking, " I am not going back to Mariejois. I am Masked Deuce, not some shitty saint. "

Feng was surprised but not shocked because his mother was a celestial dragon. He laughed and walked back to his room. Feng trusted his partners and knew that they would not harm him.
