5 Chapter Five

*Three Months later*

*Hope*

I stepped in front of the old entrance of the University and I was quite nervous. I never thought I would get this far in life. I never got around to thanking the man for saving me that day, and I truly regretted not being brave enough to do so.

"Good luck and remember that I will always be here for you. I love you hope:)" My phone vibrates and I smiled at the message my mom sent me.

Behind me, I feel someone engulf me in a big bear hug, right the way I knew it was Mica, my best friend. She had begged me to come here with her when I told her I didn't want to go to Uni. I finally decided to go after the incident, and I don't regret it so far.

"We are going to have so much fun! What classes do you have? Who are your professors? Are you hungry? Let's eat!" Mica had bombarded me with questions and I wasn't sure if I could answer them all. I chuckled and told her it would be a good idea to get some breakfast.

Mica and I were about to walk in when I heard tires screech and a nice expensive car stops by the school gates. Out comes a handsome man and for some reason, I was captivated by him. He looks up and for a split second, I was going to look away. But his expression stopped me, he looked surprised.

He flashed me a gentle smile and I thought I may have looked like a creep staring at him and turned around to go to the cafeteria.

"Do you know him?" Mica whispers from my shoulder. "No, he looks cute tho" I laughed as I answered micas question. We arrive at the cafeteria and order our breakfast.

Mica was boy crazy and I was sure she was going to develop a crash sooner or later. I just hope she would fall for the 'right' guy.

I tell Mica I'm going to the bathroom and to watch my meal. I see a group of girls huddled together, probably gossiping. I hear one of the girls exclaim how excited she was about Froy coming to our school. I instantly remember the stranger who saved me is named Froy. I smile a little while looking down at the ground like the fool I am.

I bump into a hard chest and curse under my breath. I look up and I see the boy from earlier. "I am so sorry! Are you okay? I'm really sorry!" I apologize profusely. "You don't have to apologize, I should have looked where I was walking" The guy chuckles.

"I'm just hoping to avoid a lawsuit" I joke laughing awkwardly. I hear the group of girls gasp and one of them whispers a curse towards me. His smile Withers and I quickly jump in and say "It's a joke! a joke!" He chuckles and places his hands on my shoulders.

"You look better than the last time we met" I place a look of confusion on my face and he reads it quickly. "You know, the beach? the cliff?" I gasp almost losing my balance if it wasn't for his arms on me.

"I was meaning to thank you, but I was nervous! Thank you!" I muster up the reply hoping to end the topic. The girls around me were probably burning with jealousy and I was not looking forward to it. "Don't worry I won't tell anyone" Froy says removing his arms off my shoulders.

He winks and walks towards the cafeteria, the girls captivated by his walking figure quickly forget about me and follow him.

I, of course, had no choice but go back there for my meal. When I get there Mica asks me why my face was so red. I freeze up and chuckle awkwardly. I change the topic and we continue on with our breakfast before the bell rings signaling our first Class.
