1 Background of the Writer

Before 17 years ago I was Shoe brusher in my town Somalia. My family was poor and we came from Ethiopia in 1995 after somalia government destroyed at that time I was only 2 years old. My family established a new settlement in Somalia particularly a small village near Gardo town called "Dhahan" beside a country side but my father was Mullah and started to tough the children of that village in Quran after 2 years later we moved to country side and collected some domestic animals (Livestock) such as goats and sheep and become nomadics. After 3 years we moved to the Gardo town due to the lack of our livestock caused by droughts and diseases. When I wad 10 years old I started to contribute my family thier daily life income by brushing shoes in the town and collecting teeth brusher from outside of the town and then selling the inside of the town in the morning and afternoon brushing the shoes.

One year later I left the collecting of teeth brushing and continue only Shoe brushing.

I was shoe brusher around three years from 2001 to 2004 but One day came with me as I brushing his Shoe one of the youth said to be it is better to you to work part of your time and learn something the other part, that advice Came to my mind and I decided to took that advice. Culturally the shoe brusher of my city was Jarerweyn clan from Galafi region of Somali state of Ethiopia so some of my customers suprised me while I was brushing their shoes.
