Ohara Pt. 3
"So your willing to give it all up to save this girl?" Dragon asked the giant
"Yes" Jaguar D. Saul replied in return
"Vyou know vou vill ve hunt down like a dog till they catch you, huh Jaguar-boy hee-haw" Ivankov said next to the giant.
"I understand the consequences. As marines, it is our duty to uphold justice. But to burn down an entire village and kill innocents? Kill an innocent child? That I cannot do. I will not do that. Even if I have to throw away my marine coat to uphold my own justice for that" Saul said seriously.
The crowd was quiet as everyone was floored by Saul serious' words. His speech moved a lot of people. Tears flowed down citizen's checks as they realized the gravity of the situation. Finally, Lindbergh broke the tension,
"How did you get here anyways? Weren't the marines supposed to meet somewhere else?"
"I was" Saul nodded in agreement. "However admiral Kurosai sent me here ahead of time to be the vanguard and here I am. Now that I know what's about to take place, I can't sit back and watch as they destroy everyone and everything. We need to do something."
"We will" Dragon agreed. "That's why we would set the island on fire and then have us take the blame for it. That's the best plan we came up as of right now."
"... .... ..."
"Vhat?" Ivankov shouted
Veins bulged on Karasu head and he turned up his speaker
"I said, that was a stupid idea. We need a better one."
"Vell, You have any better ideas Crow-boy?"
"...no?"
Silence filled the square as the revolutionaries contemplated their next steps.
"What do you think?" Dragon asked Saul as no one had an answer.
"I don't know" the giant shook his head, "the buster call will be any day now and we cannot be here by then."
"Agreed" Dragon nodded
"I'll stay then" Nico Olvia stood up
"No mama" Nico Robin started to cry
"She's right" Clover shook his head, "You have a child. You cannot stay and distract the marines. We old timers will stay behind and give them something to fire at."
"B-b-but Uncle Clover" Nico continued to cry
"Now now my child" Clover smiled and patted Robin's head, "Sometimes we must make sacrifices to find the truth."
"I don't want any of you to die though" Robin protested
"We love you" one of the old grandmas said as she hugged Robin, "but we have to in order to protect the rest of you. Never forget where you came from."
"We won't" one of the other kids said in a somber tone as the realization hit them
"Good" Clover said
"I'll stay" Saul said with finality in his voice. "This plan needs to be seem like it came from somewhere except from the revolutionary army."
"Are you sure. We could use a vice admiral" Dragon questioned.
"No" Saul smiled. "Thank you for the recommendation, but my place remains on Ohara."
"Ve will not forget you Saul-boy hee-haw" Ivankov said as he started to usher the citizens off the islands with the most important books. They cleared most of the library save for the least expensive ones and were out of there in less than half and hour.
"What now?" Clover asked Saul
"Let me call admiral Kurosai"
*peroperopero peroperopero peroperopero*
*katcha* "yeah?" the voice on the other line asked
"It's me" Saul said
"How's it looking?"
Saul paused as he didn't know who was listening on the other line,
"Ohara is primed sir" Saul reported
"Very good" Percy noted and hung up
"You think he got the hint asked Clover
"Kurosai is anything but stupid, he didn't become admiral for nothing" Saul said as he sat down causing the earth to shake under his weight.
"So, what now?" another old geezer asked again
"Now? We wait?"
"This is what I hate. Waiting for our death" Clover said as they all sat around Saul looking towards the rising sun.

"They're here" Saul said as he activated his observation haki. The people of Ohara quickly scrambled onto their legs and and wondered what to do next.
"So what's the plan?" One of the villagers asked
"Your not going to like it" Saul said as he looked at them.
"Just do it" Clover said as he steeled his heart and prepared himself
Saul steeled himself as well and them smashed his fist into clover killing the chief instantly. There was silence as no one was expecting that. Then, everyone was terrified as realization kicked in and the elders started to run away,
"Quick!" they all screamed
[Good] Jaguar thought as he killed another one.
Back at the buster call
"Well, it seems like Saul is doing the work for us" Percy said laughing
"You never said anything about Saul being here" Take sulked
"Was I supposed to consult you on my operations?" Percy glanced at the vice admiral
"No, but a little warning would be helpful. If you were holding a competition, it would be nice if all contestants were present at the beginning".
"True" Percy admitted
"But who says that Saul is going to be nominated?"
"I underestimated Saul" Sakazuki said as he witnessed the giant kill another elderly person, "I never knew he had in him.
"Neh, he really kills them quickly" Borsalino commented
"Ara ara, look at him go" Kuzan mentioned
Percy clapped his hands. "Okay gentlemen. The game is still afoot. Whoever destroys the rest of the island and the evidence as much as possible will still get my recommendation. Now go."
The men wasted no time to rush off. Kuzan made an ice roan to the island where all the vice admirals followed on.
"Wasn't Borsalino supposed to go before the rest of them and destroy the library?" Orange asked as she saw them speed off
"He was, but after they saw Saul, I decided that was a mute point." Percy then whispered into Orange's ear, "Dragon already grabbed what we needed".
"Oh" Orange said nodding her head.
"Borsalino would have been wasting his time" he said out loud
"What do we do then?" Spadine and his Cp-9 goons asked as they stood watching the island burn and freeze.
"What? You want to participate in the destruction?" Percy asked
"No Sir not really" Spadine replied.
"I kinda do" one of his grunts answered honestly
Percy flashed his conqueror's haki at the group and they all passed out on the spot.
"What was the for?" questioned Orange
"It was either that or be questioned by the gorosei why the cp-9 was killed in a friendly fire accident in Ohara" replied Percy
no responded to their leader's comments. What could they say.

"They're all dead correct?" Percy questioned for the third time
"Yes sir" the commodore replied
"And the books?"
"All gone, no more!"
"So there's no evidence" Percy rubbed the stubble on his chin
"It could be worse" Borsalino commented
"Hmmm?" Percy looked at him, "How so?"
"There could have been no bodies?"
"So barely worse?" Percy faked glared at Saul, "You could have left them in one piece!" he mocked yelled. He knew that he had to do that to ensure a false body count.
"So who's going to get the recommendation?" Kuzan asked the most important question
"Hah, I don't know. I need to think. The mission was a success. Technically, it was Take's plan, Sakazuki did the most damage, you got them there, Borsalino destroyed the books, and Julius, well, he participated."
"HAHAHAHAHA" everybody laughed at that.
"I need sometime to think, give me until I get back to Marineford."
As everyone left his office, Percy and Orange were left in his room to think about their next steps,
"So, what do you think he said and Orange was caress his temple."
"I have no idea" Orange admitted, "It's not an easy decision, part of me wants to say f*ck it and choose Julius".
"HAHAHAHA, that would be the worst choice" Percy reminded her. "It has to be one of the three, I'm leaning towards Sakazuki at the moment".
"Him?! Why? He would be the worst."
"Because, he would be the perfect motivator to push many countries who are on the fence to side with us. His style of justice is so bold that many countries will choose us over him. That is why I am willing to take that risk."
"Many countries will also choose him over us though" Orange wagered.
"That is a chance that we are willing to make. Anyways, those countries will not have given us anything in the long run anyhow. They wouldn't have been good allies" Percy said.
"True" Orange admitted. "I still rather have Borsalino, he has no agenda and we can use that for our own purposes."
"I rather face an enemy who has a purpose than someone who I don't have a read on. They are unpredictable" Percy said.
"It's Borsalino though" Orange said, "he's harmless"
"For now" Percy admitted, "when he becomes admiral he may turn into a different animal altogether. What about Kuzan then?"
"Too young and idealistic" Orange said outright. "That kind of naivety will get him killed, especially in the New world, he needs to grow a feel more years before he becomes an admiral."
"Who's grown up and become all wise now?" Percy said sounded all impressed
"I learned from the best" Orange said as she pecked Percy on the lips
"So it's decided then, Sakazuki and Borsalino then we will decide between them" Percy said and Orange nodded her head.
