Assemble and Depart

It took 5 days for Orange and Good Price to get back to Marineford. They rushed back will all due haste as they felt the tension build as the days past. They were not aware of what was happening back home, just that a major operation was being conducted and the one leading it was admiral Kurosai.

The two rear admirals wasted no time to find their leader who was still in his office looking over the paperwork making sure that the operation will be successful.

*knock knock knock*

"Come in" Percy said as Orange opened the door and stepped through.

The admiral looked up to see his lover and his subordinate enter.

"You made it" Percy nodded his head, "and with some time to spare".

"Thank you sir" Good Price saluted, "we came as fast as possible. May I ask what is going on?"

Percy got up and the paperwork fell to the floor. His secretary immediately began to pick it up and organize it,

"No time, we need to set sail now" Percy said as they started back out. "Let's go"

They didn't say a word as the three of them headed down from the offices and quickly marched towards the docks. As they past by nearby offices, Good Price noticed that doors behind the admiral would open and commanding officers would fall behind the leading admiral. This happened for the captains, commanders, to the commodores, then the rear admirals, and finally, 8 vice admirals opened their doors as Percy passed by and fell into rhythm.

[Are we going to war?] Good Price thought as he looked behind him as there were more than 200 ranking marines following admiral Kurosai to the docks and presumably to their respective warships. [Did Kaidou reappear again?] the rear admiral wondered as this was the first time in a while since he saw such a huge number of navy officers heading off in one direction.

Percy turned around and looked out at his gathered troops,

"You know the plan."

"Yes sir!" they all shouted and saluted.

"Good. Then rear admirals and vice admirals, we meet back up at Loving Island. We have one week to get there before the World News catches on."

Everyone nodded their heads in understanding not underestimating the severity of the situation. The worse thing that could happen to this operation is that it could be leaked by the media and Bigmom and Rosati would have time to prepare for the incoming attack.

"As I said, if you see any news reporter spies, you have my permission as admiral of the navy to arrest them on site or in extreme cases, execute them" Percy continued further implying the gravity of the situation.

Orange and Good Price was now starting to get the picture. They were still not sure who they were going to capture, but going by everyone's stern expressions, it must be someone important they figured.

Percy didn't say anything else as he started to board his personal ship followed by Orange and Good Price. Everyone else followed suit, each vice admiral and rear admiral got on their own respective ships, with commodores and commanders ordering the younger marines to prepare to set sail.

In total, Sengoku and Percy discussed at length how many soldiers and ships they should deploy. Percy heeded on the side of caution since this was a mission of stealth. All he really needed to do was sneak in to Tottoland, kidnap Rosati, and exit. But Sengoku argued that this was impossible since Bigmom would not make it so simple. He argued that a large distraction would be required for him to accomplish his goal. They argued for two straight days before eventually, Sengoku won since he was the master strategist.

"Trust me Percy" he said as he patted the young admiral on the shoulder, "this will all work out".

Percy gave his commander a self-depreciating smile. Sengoku was one of the few people in the whole world who can call him by his first name. Him, Garp, Kong, and Orange. Not even Rosati calls Percy by his name, he always referred to him as Kurosai.

"I hope so" Percy said as he stood up to stretch, "if not, then Rosati won't be our only problem. Bigmom isn't someone we can't ignore."

"No she is not" Sengoku agreed. "That is why you need the distraction".

"But it's not like any of the vice admirals are going to be able to deal with her" Percy argued what felt like the hundredth time. "Against her, my men will just get in the way. Unless you send Garp or Zed comes out of retirement, then anyone else will be useless here. Even Borsalino will barely be able to hold on against her. And Akainu is deployed to paradise..."

"I know" Sengoku said sternly. "But Zed isn't coming back, not anytime soon. As for Garp, you try make him do something like capture one of his own."

"I'd rather not" Percy shook his head.

"Then this is our only option. Our plan is sound, just make sure that the vice admirals know not to stray from the plan too much and we should be fine."

Percy once again looked at the map where the mock war game was played out for Sengoku and Percy to see. He try to see it from every angle and could not find any other alternative.

"Alright, this is the best we got" he finally relented.

Percy continued to look at the number of warships being deployed for the mission. In total, there were 35 full battleships being sent out to arrest Rosati. In Sengoku and Percy's estimation, of the 35, about 10 of them will sink in the upcoming battle. This was an acceptable number in Sengoku's standards and Percy didn't care seeing as any navy losses furthered his goals as a revolutionary.

Thousands of marines were marching into the ships loading supplies waiting to either start their careers or looking for an opportunity to advance to the next rank.

[You poor souls] Percy inwardly shook his head looking at those mindless fools. He knew that in the eyes of the truly powerful such as he and the other admirals, the lower ranked marines were just numbers to them. They could be sacrificed at any time in order to ensure a mission's success.

As everyone's masts were lowered, the 35 battleships started to sail towards the New world. In total, there was 1 admiral, 8 vice admirals, 15 rear admirals, 40 commodores, 50 captains, and 80 commanders. In addition to this, there were roughly 35,000 soldiers ready to make a name for themselves in the upcoming battle.
