I walk to my first class: math with Mr. Miller. Yay, let's start my day with actually using my brain. I also heard this guy is weird but I'm sure it's just a rumor.

This class doesn't have rows. The teachers all say they're 'different' but how can every teacher in the school that do the same thing be different? Mr. Miller is a tall white man with a creepy smile, but I don't think he realizes how creepy it is.

The class is divided into desks into groups of 5, we are told to find the seat our name is on, I hope I get a social group so I'm not the one to do the talking. Also, I have no friends in this class, we all know how that feels. I am in a group with Jason Carroll, Kaitlyn Galaxy, Aliyah Smith, & Jackson Brown.

Jason Carroll - Friendly, fun, and cool, but unpopular.

Kaitlyn Galaxy - New so I don't know a lot about her.

Aliyah Smith - Fun, kind, quiet, I've known her since elementary school but we never spoke though.

Jackson Brown - Cute, just cute :) 

Aliyah gave me a warm smile. 'She seems like such a great person' I thought 

"Hi Winifred!" Aliyah said

"Hi" I get myself to speak finally

"By the way, I love your outfit," she said.

"Thank you," I replied.

"I wonder where the boys are." She paused to think then grinned. "Probably busy admiring girls' shoulders."

I couldn't help but laugh. We were talking as well as the whole class while Mr. Miller was sitting at his desk looking around the room. I guess he was trying to get to observe his new students.

I figured out that my locker buddy is named Kaitlyn Galaxy, but she seems to be lonely because she was new. But I was too busy admiring my new friend. Her personality is just perfect! She has brown hair and her eyes are so green, and she looks as if she got a tan this summer.

"Can I come over later?" Aliyah blurted out, breaking me from my thoughts.

WHAT?! 

"I mean if you want," Aliyah added laughing nervously.

"Sure," I answered slowly.

Just after that, Jason and Jackson came and sat down. 

"Why are you guys so late?" Asked Aliyah.

"I was helping people navigate through the school." Answer Jackson 

While Jason was trying to explain why he was so late, I was just admiring Jackson. He's just so cute and sweet! Aliyah seemed to notice so she slipped a note. Since she sat right next to me.

'You likeeee himmmmmm'

I gave her an embarrassed look and we started laughing.

Was this the friend I've been wanting for so long?
