1 Friendship and a friend

Friendship. What is friendship? There are no words to express what a friendship is. But one thing, I can tell for sure, it creates a strong bond between people. It is a connection of two hearts. The beauty of friendship is undescribable, only the unmistakable joy on the face of a person on seeing his or her friend, is the wordly evidence for it.

How does a friendship start? It starts with a simple hi or hello and goes on from that. After some time, we look back and cherish those wonderful memories, and thank God for giving us a brother or sister in the form of a friend.

There can be a person in this world, even without a family, but there can be no person in this world, who is without a friend. At each stage in our life, we gain new friends, but the old ones, still remain fresh in our memory.

Friends are the ones, who support you, no matter what you do, they argue with your friends by taking your side in a fight. They also eat your lunch, and share theirs with you. They are the ones, who bring your favourite lunch and eat yours. They are the ones, who hold on tightly to you, when you say 'leave me alone' and they are the ones ready to give you a bear hug, anytime you need it and always lend their shoulder for you to cry on and give you a pat on the back when you deserve it

Sometimes, it so happens that we don't recognise our true friends straight away. We are mislead by people, who take advantage of our vulnerability and betray us. So we should take extra care in choosing friends, and choose wisely. And after you have made your choice, there is no going back for either of you.

This peaceful path of friendship, is sometimes broken due to misunderstandings and lack of communication. So after you read this article, make sure to atleast ask your friends " Hi. How are you". Be sure, that you ask this to your true friends, whom you have forgotten to speak to in the fast paced journey of life and to whom all you love and want back in your life.
