27 Ned is going to be involved

V continues her questions for a while before i stop her by asking in an angry tone "You are just a guest, why are you snooping in my room?" she looks at me sadly and says "Aunt may asked me to wake u up for school".

I raise my eyes as i ask "..and?" she looks down as she says "I wanted to see the costume up close" i frown as i ask "...that still doesn't allow you to snoop in... wait wait wait hold on, you said you wanted to see the costume up close what does that mean?" she looks up at my face and explains "i knew you were Spider-Man since the first day".

I shout in surprise "What?" she grins as she says "oh i knew it since the day you saved me. You didn't have all the bits and bobs of your suit back then, so i recognised you by your cologne and voice" i groan as i bring my hands up to support my head.

"V DID PETER WAKE UP" aunt may yells from downstairs and v yells back "YES HE WOKE UP AUNT MAY" i turn to her and signal with my arms to make her pause and say "why are YOUU calling her aunt may?" she looks at me scared as she says "Sorry, i hear you call her that all the time So, i started calling her that too" i look down at the scared girl, probably expecting me to scold her for calling my aunt, her aunt.

I reach out with my arm and pat her head and say "Ask her if she is fine with you calling her that, if she is fine with it you can do whatever you want" she looks up at me and nods quickly and runs off to ask aunt may about it.

Others might think that she is taking advantage of uncle Ben's kindness, but i notices uncle ben does enjoy having her around. I also noticed that aunt may has a smile on her face whenever she looks at V but her eyes told another story. One of pain.

I would probably ask about it someday but not now atleast not until all the dangers are out of the way. I brush my teeth, shower and do all the daily deeds before i go down to have breakfast.

Aunt may was making THE normal sandwich as uncle ben ate them up with a speed that said the sandwich was a five star meal in his eyes. V was by his side telling him about her friends, who are suspiciously older than her by her account.

So, i ask exactly that "Why are all your friends so much older?" she gets startled that i asked her that and replies "Well it's hard to meet someone my age in the work i do" uncle ben looks at her weirdly and asks "You don't have to be friends with someone from work alone you know. You can be friends with someone from school too"

She looks surprised at his suggestion and says while pointing at herself "i don't go to school though" all at the same moment me, ben and aunt may shout "WHAT?" she looks startled and says "What what? what happened?" may and ben look at her in shock as i ask "Why are you not in school?" she looks confused as she says "Why do i have to be in school? I earn a lot anyway" me and uncle ben look at each other and nod as we both say "You should go to school" she looks at us in shock and says "Why?" we both continue in unison "because it is not just for studies but for forming social relations with kids your age. You will regret it when you grow up if you don't go now".

She looks scared that we are both droning on as if we practiced this bit everyday. We might have scared V a lot because she looks pale, i turned to uncle ben and he says "We might have overdid it" i defend myself and say "What do you mean by overdid it, you did that bit for 2 months for me with aunt may because i wanted to skip grades" he looks sheepish before aunt may says "Shut up, both of you" and takes V away into their room.

I watch as they close the door and lock it before breaking the silence "Why is she with us anyway?" Uncle ben looks uncomfortable as he says "Aunt may told me about her parents.." here me and uncle ben sigh as he continues "I wanted to be rich so that i can spend more time with you and may but *sigh* looking at her parents, i wonder why they are even trying to earn more when they have so much already.." here he stops as he looks at me i nod at him and he continues "..I understand now that--A man who has everything wants more and a man who has few wants them to last a life time."

Uncle ben looks at me and says "Don't search for more when you already have one peter.." here he smiles and says "..unless it's money" we both laugh and i have the sandwich aunt may made for me before heading out to school.

Once at school i notice me getting a lot of looks from the opposite sex and wonder what's happening, usually whenever this kind of thing happens ned knows what's up so i get my things from my locker before i search for ned. I ask Zendaya...sorry MJ when i notice her "Have you seen ned?" she looks at me and blushes before asking in a confused tone "Why?" i point at her blushing face and say "So that he can explain why this is happening whenever i loot at the girls" she blushes more which is ironic considering her skin tone makes it harder to see a blush and asks in a confused tone "You don't know".

I shrug and she looks at me shocked as she says "You are the dumbest smart person in the world..." i frown and exclaim "HEYY" but she ignores me and continues "..If you want to, i can explain what is happening" i turn to her and say "Ok spit it" she starts walking to our first class chemistry, which we take together as she tells me "i am not going to tell you as it is l, i am going to guide you to the answer" i roll my eyes as i say "Fine, teach me oh wise one"

She nods as she asks me "What's something you are famous for in the school?" i get confused as i say "For being a nerd?...." she gives me a 'your a DUMBASS' look and says "i didn't ask you what you are but what you are famous for" i nod and think before i snap my fingers and exclaim "Oh is this about the video" she pops her mouth as she says "Bingo" i am still confused at how that could effect them this much so i ask "but why is it making them blush" she stops and turns towards me and pinches both my cheeks as she says "Oh what an innocent sweet summer child you are".

I slap her hands away and yell "What?" she sighs as she places a hand on my shoulder and asks "you really don't understand" i look at her shake my head no prompting her to groan as she looks into my eyes and says "Look, whoever the girl in the video is she is considered very lucky because you asked her out in a..." here she blushes again as she says "...veryyy romantic way. Girls dig that shit and because the girl is just a silhouette and not visible in the video..."here she takes her hand off my shoulder and looks away as she says "...woman think of themselves in her place and blush".

I gain a new understanding of the female species from her insights, i know that she is uncomfortable when saying that. So i made sure to reassure her "look even if i found ned, he wouldn't be able to explain exactly why everyone is....blushing so thank you for telling me about it" she turns back blush going away and nods before asking me "Soooo, the girl in the video was it the girl you told me about" i nod and say "yeah, she's the one alright" as i smile at her.

We walk into our chemistry room and there's ned chatting up a cute girl, i sat down behind him but not close enough to let him notice. I think about how we reached this point because as far as i know, ned didn't indicate even a little bit that he was looking for someone, i notice someone sitting beside me and find out that it's MJ i lean back and whisper in her ear "Do you know who the girl ned is sitting with is?" she looks at said girl and says "That's betty brant".

We both are shocked by the next turn of events as betty kisses ned on his cheek and rushes away to sit next to her friends as ned looked on like he just saw heaven and doesn't want to forget it.

I turn to MJ and ask "Do you know when this happened?" she shakes her head and says "I knew they were partners in some project but not like this" i notice something and turn to her and ask "Why do you know this again?" she nods to the door from which the teacher comes and says "people watching is my thing right" i nod and we stay silent until the period is complete.

At lunch i try to confront ned only to find him sitting next to the girl again so i don't bother them and sit alone because MJ doesn't want to be stared at, that's when flash comes and sits next to me and says "you lied" pointing at me with a bandages hand i slap it aside and he flinches in pain but says through pain "i gotta meet her peter, please" i wanted to ignore him but something in his desperate voice made me stop and ask "Why?"

He looks hopeful as she explains "Look i--i-- can we talk somewhere private" i sigh and curse myself as i say "fine" and finish the last bits of my lunch before i head out with him following me to an empty corridor i stop there and turn around as i say "speak" facing him.

He gulps as he says "I--i-" i sigh and start to walk away as i say "don't waste my time flash" but the next words out of his mouth stop me "i was suicidal-" i turn around and really look at flash, he seems miserable, as if he was unloading a deep secret he has "-she was the only thing that stopped me from...killing myself" his unsteady voice gains courage as he says the last part "I just want to meet her and tell her thank you"

I regard him carefully and say "NO" not because i am an asshole who wants him to die but because i remember all the things he did and wondered if i should even help someone like that.

He looks up at me surprised and says "What why? i told you everything" i look into his eyes without any emotion as i say "I didn't ask and i don't remember you ever being anything more than a dick..." he looks down and falls to his knees but i follow him down and crouch infront of him and ask "..so tell me.." i lean forward until my mouth is right beside his ear and say "..why the fuck should i help you?" he just looks down so i head back to finish the rest of the classes for the day.
