Friend A is all about a young man named Kusanagi Kei. He has the appearance of a beautiful girl despite his gender. One time, his childhood friend, Sakamaki Miku, call for help. She wanted to be alone with his other childhood friend, Kanzaki Kyouhei. He knows that Miku is in love with Kyouhei ever since they were younger so he helps her. However, something happened the next morning that change his life. Miku kissed him. But not just her.
