Freedom Seeking Soul

The wind was blowing, and his heart was beating. The body was still the same but the soul was not. No knowledge, only horror, and fear. The soul was confused but it couldn't think and could only order its new body to keep running. Escaping from something it couldn't really see. The soul felt it. Maybe the body's world was another one, but the humans were the same. The same pathetic beings that were all so similar yet so different. Yearning for love, power, pleasure, or attention. The same weak beings that, knowing how strong they are when united, fought each other for pieces of land or riches. The soul felt it. Because it was originally a human itself.
