7 Unspoken Rule

Han Lixia staring at the piled binders in her desk. It will take a long to finish sorting the documents. The file was randomly placed in the binder without minding the subject nor arraged it by the date.

It was so chaotic that she cannot be sure to make a report out of those documents. Not only she is not familiar yet with how the department work, but its looked like everyone in the office teamed up to avoid her.

Actually it was not in her job description to make the report. Every department has to submit a report at the end of the month, but someone who is responsible for it was called sick today. Therefore someone has to do it in her place.

When Huang Yujing, the head of the design department was summoned to the HR department to pick up the new member. She cannot help but to feel disappointed.

For all the applicants, she is sure she has sorted their CV and already have the candidates in her mind. Han Lixia was clearly not her preference, not only she is not suitable to fill the vacancy in design department. She was majored in chemical engineering.

The company has a tight selection when it come to hiring employee, even the cleaning service need to pass various screening test so she or he could be hired.

As for the design department which is one of the main part of the company, of course the selection could be more complicated.

Huang Yujing was one hundred percent sure, she has not seen Han Lixia coming for interview.

Originally they already chose one applicant to be hired. A top graduate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, someone who is suitable.

But, Han Lixia was coming with unspoken rule.

Unfortunately she can do nothing about it. Her backing must be someone with high authority in the company, that she can enter the compony despite her lack of qualifications. She could be the daughter of rich or important person that she couldn't afford to offend.

As the time being Huang Yujing can only be patient to wait for her to give up or wait for her to make a big mistake.
