3 #3 First Day of Life on the Mountain.

As Dawn broke clearing away the mist in the mountains that looked like smoke, a song of sadness echoes through the ravines. On what was supposed to be a blessed day for the birth of a new Clan member the entire village was grieving the loss of their Holy Lady. The medicine man wept while holding his new son as the funerary rituals take place.

"Ahyoka, I shall raise our son well", yelled Unatsi Tsu La , the medicine man, " I will tell him your story so he shall never forget you."

Tears flowing from his eyes as he searches for his brother who is their Clan Chief. Suddenly his arms begin to grow increasingly warmer and warmer, as the baby in his arms starts to glow, as if casting warm flames from his tiny body. Slowly he changes into the form of a red fox while he snuggles into his father's chest.

A warm smile blossoms across his grief stricken face as he realizes that his child has inherited his mother's ability and remembers the words he heard his wife speak to the women during the birth.
