1 Chapter 1 - Forced To Leave

"Mom! Where are you Mommmmm?" A young girl, nearly 12 year old, was screaming in the middle of the road trying to reunite with her mother. There were people running everywhere. An emergency evacuation order was published by the government nearly an hour ago and everyone was leaving their houses in panic. There was chaos everywhere. Everyone was in a hurry to leave the city.

A middle-aged man, nearly 5'10" and slightly overweight, was governing the process. He was not concerned how people were running causing mayhem. It was as if there was a statue placed there that did nothing. While watching people running, his eyes fell on the young girl who was screaming to find her mother. His eyes lit up. This morning, he had a fight with her wife because they were unable to find a good maid to clean up the house due to which all work was being done by his wife. Seeing that young girl, he got the idea to take her home to be a maid. In this way his wife would be happy and they will have a maid without paying any money. He went to that girl and asked with a gentle voice, "Hey girl, what happened? Why are you crying?". The girl looked at the man and said while sobbing "I cannot find my mommy". "Hey i work for the government, why don't you come with me and we will find your mommy together?". The girl found a glimmer of hope. As she was about to answer him, a voice came from behind the man, "Captain Shraw, what are you doing here?". Listening to the voice the man got annoyed. He turned his head and was about to yell, but when he saw who was standing in front of him his whole body froze. A girl, about 24 years old, 5'6" and a perfect body figure, with a tremendous and ferocious aura was standing there. If a normal person saw her, they would be mesmerised by her beauty. But Captain Shraw knew her identity due to which he was shocked. "Gen- General Shen, What are you doing here?".

Yes, this girl was the General of the army of the country. And not just any General but most decorated one in the history of the country. At a young age of 24, the girl could rise to the ranking of General and that too the most decorated one, by this anyone could guess how extraordinary her contributions to the country were. "I cannot be here?" asked Shen with a cold expression. "No no, that was not what i meant. I mean you could have called me, why bother coming to a small person like me!". As Captain Shraw said this, there was cold sweat appearing on his forehead. Someone with extraordinary personality was standing in front of him, how can he not be nervous. "As i asked, what are you doing here?" said Shen still having a cold expression. "I- I was trying to reunite this little girl with her family". Shen took a glance at the young girl standing behind Captain Shraw. "Leave her to me. You go and perform your duties." said Shen with an indifferent expression. "Yes, yes of course." Captain Shraw saluted her and then ran from there. He was thanking his luck that he was not hasty in taking that girl otherwise his life would be in trouble. Shen walked to that girl, a sweet smile appeared on her face and she said with the most gentle voice one could hear "Hey, don't worry. We will find your mother together". The difference between her tone right now and the tone with which she was talking to Captain Shraw was like a difference between heaven and hell. Then she took the young girl with her and started finding her mother. After half and hour of search, they were able to re-unite the mother and daughter. The mother kept thanking her to bring her daughter back to her safely.

After uniting the girl with her mother, Shen was about to go back to the headquarters when her radio link started beeping. This radio link is used only when there is an emergency big enough to endanger whole country. There was a hint of surprise in her eyes. The last time this link beeped, the greatest war ever seen on the planet was fought. "Hello Mr. President, what are the orders?", Shen asked with a majestic voice. "The thing that we were thinking was a meteorite that can destroy the city turned out to be an Asteroid of a size of our planet. Out whole planet is about to be destroyed". As soon as Shen heard President's words, she was dumbfounded. How can this happen? How can there be such a mistake as to mistake an asteroid for a meteorite.
