The Pangu Alliance was concerned about the Fuxi system for mainly two reasons.
Firstly, the Fuxi could help a super fleet jump beyond the black wall or even send out signals, which would likely expose the secrets of the Pangu universe and attract the attention of the Flood.
Although the Fuxi system was controlled by the leaders of the Pangu alliance, who were visionary, wise, and rational, nobody could guarantee that an insane and crazy lunatic wouldn't do something like hijacking the whole system and destroying the Pangu universe. If history were of any reference, there were always such lunatics.
Secondly, the Fuxi system, which stored almost all the information in the Pangu universe, had become more and more mysterious and unpredictable. All signs indicated that subtle and dangerous ripples were arising within the system.
