10 Escape, Chaos and Revenge

-Six Months Later-

I couldn't stop myself from smiling. If I counted my days correctly, today, Fisher Tiger would set fire to Mary Geoise.

"Well, there's no reason I can't start the party for him." Reinforcing my right arm with muscle fibers, I stood up with a massive grin on my face.

With a simple punch, I destroyed the cage that I had lived in for so long. The metal bars crashed into the far wall as I stepped out of the cell. The beast in the other cages started to roar and thrash at my break out.

Smiling, I decided I had enough time to spare. In a few minutes, I had freed every monster inside the arena. That's when the chaos broke loose. A stampede of beast greeted the marines as they arrived on the scene.

I laughed as the starved and abused animals tore into their abusers, "So what's next, free the slaves or pay a visit to my dear master?"

With a manic grin on my face, I ran towards the slave quarters, "I shouldn't be the only one to have fun. Besides, I want that bitch to panic before I get to her."

Taking out the guards posted in front of the prison was a stitch. They were already distracted by the roaring coming from the arena.

My laughter echoed off the cold stone walls as I entered the prison, "Today is the day. Today is the day. What day is it, you ask? Freedom Day!"

Everyone looked at me like I was crazy, but I couldn't care. Walking over to the first cell, I ripped off the iron gate and the slave's cuffs, "Here takes these, everyone we're getting out of here."

I tossed the inmate a ring of keys I looted off the guards as I went on a rampage. Cheers echoed throughout the prison as I reignited a fire in everyone's hearts.

The freed slaves started to pour out of the prison, 'I hope this doesn't mess up the timeline too much. Eh, it shouldn't be too bad.'

In a few minutes, the prison was almost empty, and I was left alone. Steadying my heaving chest, I smiled, "Now that everyone's focused on them, I can go find Master."

Clicking my heels, I left the prison, and a burning Mary Goeise greeted me. Among the flames, I could see pirates looting everything that wasn't nailed to the floor.

The scene reminded me of something, "The World Nobles should have a treasure room somewhere. Maybe I could help lighten their coffers."

-A Few Minutes Earlier-

"Shalria-sama!! Shalria-sama!!"

Shalria sighed as someone banged on her bedroom door. Walking over, Shalria opened the door startling the butler on the other side.

"Do I need to remind you that I am not to be interrupted? Maybe a few days in the prisons will help jog your memory!" Shalria roared as she kicked the butler in the stomach.

Gasping for breath Shalria's heels drove the air out of the man's lungs, but he continued, "T-there's...a revolt...happening. Mary Goeise is burning!"

Shalria's eyes widened to the size of saucers as she ran back into her room and out on the balcony. Everything was ablaze but what truly scared her was the horde of slaves being fended off by her guards.

"Go fetch my father and brother. We have to get out of here!"

Turning around, Shalria was horrified by what she saw, "Why are you here? Shouldn't you be back in your cage, beast!?"

"Even when cornered, you still have that holier than thou tone." I sighed as I stepped towards the World Noble, "Maybe It's time someone put you in your place."

Shalria looked like she was on the verge of tears, "Stay back if you lay a hand on me-" I cut her off with a strong backhand to her face sprawling her out on the floor.

Pulling her by her hair, I started to drag her out of her room, "Come on, we're going to take a little trip, you and I. I bet you know the combination to that safe I found, don't you."

Even though she hated weakness, the bitch couldn't defend herself whatsoever, "Corporate, and I may let you live."

"I would rather die than negotiate with a worm!"

Smiling, I pulled even harder, "I could make that happen." After a few minutes of screaming and tugging, I finally reached the treasure room with the bitch in tow.

Throwing her against the safe, I placed my sword underneath her chin, "Now do it, or I'll start cutting."

Gritting her teeth, Shalria cracked as she entered the code to the safe, and with a hiss, the vault opened. I almost had to close my eyes as the golden glow was too much. Quickly I took out a bag and started to store the gold.

But before I could get lost in my greed, I walked back over to Shalria, who tried to sneak away, "Don't think I forgot about you."

"Get your hands off me, you swine!"

Throwing her to the floor, I pinned her to the ground, "Hold still, or I might take out your eye." Turning my finger into a bone claw, I swiftly cut Shalria across her face. When she started to scream, I had enough of her.

I made sure to cut deep enough that no amount of treatment would heal the horrible scar. It was only a small piece of the pain I would inflict on her and her family in the future.

Satisfied with my handwork, I had just enough time to stuff my bag to the brim with gold before I heard footsteps coming from the hallway. "Looks like my time is up."

Punching a hole in the wall, I looked down at the burning holy land down below, "One day, I'll come back to finish the job."

Wrapping my arms around my bag, I turned around and fell out of the hole I just made. Flipping around as the wind whistle passed me and the ground grew ever closed, I smiled.

A pair of skeletal wings burst through my shoulder blades as a thin webbing of skin grew between the bone.

Catching the updraft from the fire, I started to fly over the burning city. Looking down below, I could see a group of Fish-Men being lead by a red sea bream Fish-Man.

"At least that's staying the same. Well, I better get going. I have to find my first teacher." Picking up speed, I left behind Mary Geoise, closing the first chapter, the worst chapter in my life.
