4 Chapter Four_ We Are Having A Boy
Name change from Jamie Jones to Jamie Hale

Three weeks later
Today me and Derek was having another ultrasound done by Deaton and hopefully we would be able to find out the gender of our baby Derek was hoping for a boy but I don't care as long as our baby is healthy then I don't care what the gender of our baby is.
I woke up to see the sun shining through our bedroom curtains I smelled food cooking so I knew that Derek was up I then got out of bed and I went into our walk in wardrobe and I got dressed into a comfy outfit I slipped on a pair of converse I then walked back into our bedroom I went into the bathroom where I brushed my hair and teeth I then walked back into the bedroom I grabbed my backpack that had everything in for today because after we've had the ultrasound we was going to Peter's to tell him and Jamie the gender of the baby well we'll tell Jamie after he gets back from school.
I grabbed my iPhone and I walked out the bedroom I walked into the kitchen to see Derek making some pancakes when I walked in I saw him sniff the air.
Derek Hale: Hey honey I was just coming to get your breakfast is ready.
Lucy Hale: Ok Der bear.
Derek Hale: You ready for today babe.
Lucy Hale: Yeah I'm totally ready for today I can't wait to see if we're having a boy or a girl.
Derek Hale: I know I'm kinda nervous.
Lucy Hale: Hey don't be I know your nervous about being a dad but your going to make an amazing father I know you will babe.
Derek Hale: Why don't you sit down foods done now anyway.
Lucy Hale: Ok.
I sat down at the breakfast island Derek plated the pancakes and the other food he then placed the plates and drinks.
One hour later
Deaton had closed the animal clinic so he could do the ultrasound I was laying on the table he put the gel and the scanner onto my stomach our baby popped up on the screen.
Lucy Hale: So can you tell the gender of our baby.
Alan Deaton: Yeah do you want to know the gender of your baby.
I looked at Derek and he looked at me.
Derek/Lucy: Yes please.
Alan Deaton: Congratulations your having a baby boy Lucy and by the way the baby is growing you've got about two months left of the pregnancy.
Lucy Hale: Yeah thank you Deaton for everything.
Alan Deaton: No problem to the both of you congratulations.
Derek Hale: Thank you Deaton you've been good to me and my family over the years.
Alan Deaton: It's really no problem Derek I promised your mom and dad that I would look after you and keep an eye on Peter is it true that he's adopted a child.
Lucy Hale: Yeah he's adopted my little brother Jamie.
Alan Deaton: Well he's really changed since looking after Jamie he's not as angry anymore.
Derek Hale: Yeah I know he really has changed.
Alan Deaton: Like I said if you need any help with anything you know where I am.
Derek Hale: Definitely thank you Deaton.
We stood up and we walked out the room and out of the animal clinic we got into his car.
Derek Hale: Hey do you want to go and grab something to eat for takeout.
Lucy Hale: Yeah I would love too.
Derek Hale: So where do you want to go.
Lucy Hale: Can we go to burger king please.
Derek Hale: Yeah of course we can we can grab something for Peter when we grab us something to eat.
Lucy Hale: Yeah ok.
Skip the ride to burger king and to Peter's apartment
When we got to Peter's we got out the car I carried the drinks while Derek carried the food we walked to the front door and I knocked it he answered the front door once he saw us he smiled.
Peter Hale: Lucy Derek I didn't think you'd be over that soon how did it go.
Lucy Hale: It went amazingly well we've bought some food maybe we could talk so no one else can hear.
Peter Hale: Yeah of course come in we can talk in the living room.
We walked into the house we went into the living room I sat down on the chair while Derek and Peter sat down on the couch he looked at me and Derek while having a sip of his drink.
Peter Hale: So how did it go did you manage to find out the gender of the baby.
Lucy Hale: Yeah we're having a boy.
Peter Hale: Congratulations the both of you your going to make amazing parents I know you both will.
Lucy Hale: Hey thanks Peter that means a lot.
Five hours later
Me Peter Derek and Jamie was in the living room watching a movie on Netflix I was cuddled up to Derek and I think he could tell that I was tired.
Derek Hale: Babe you tired.
I nodded my head.
Lucy Hale: Yeah.
Derek Hale: We had better get home.
Lucy Hale: Ok.
We stood up Derek looked at Peter.
Derek Hale: Uncle me and Lucy am going home we're very tired so we'll see you tomorrow.
Jamie Hale: You'll visit me tomorrow won't you Lucy.
Lucy Hale: Yeah of course I will.
Jamie stood up and he hugged me.
Lucy Hale: Goodnight Jamie and be good for Peter please.
Jamie Hale: I will Lucy I promise.
Lucy Hale: See you tomorrow buddy.
Me and Derek walked out the apartment and we got into his car he drove out the driveway and drove back to our house.
One Hour Later
Me and Derek was now curled up in bed and we decided to call it a night and we fell asleep in each other's arms not long after that.
