5 Chapter 4 - we are fucked

Camila and Shawn were still sleeping in their bed. They both felt at peace by each other's side. They know that no one or nothing could ever break them apart. What they didn't know, was that a powerful hybrid was on her way to kill them.

Camila wakes up, stretching her bones, satisfying any aches she feels. She sits up and looks at Shawn, smiling at him. She couldn't believe how lucky she is, to have a boyfriend like him. She traces his jaw with her index slowly, mesmerised by how handsome he is.

Shawn slowly opens his eyes, admiring how beautiful Camila looks in the morning.

"Good morning, beautiful." Shawn speaks out, so beautifully.

"Good morning, babe." Camila husks out.

They both stare at each other, admiring one another. They always knew they were made for each other, and that they would be together forever. They didn't want anything to disturb them, but they knew they both had leadership duties.

They both got dressed, and made their way to the grand hall, hand in hand. They entered the hall, looking at the delicious food that was being served on the table. Every angel raised from their seat, to greet the couple, and to show a sign of respect. Camila told them they didn't need to, but they all wanted to show her that they held a tremendous amount of respect for her, and what she does for them.

Camila felt honoured to be a leader of the angels. She always wanted to be someone that people look up to, and she felt it right now. She felt the responsibility on her shoulders, and she would do everything she can do, to make everyone proud of her.

She took her seat at the head of the table, where she normally sat with Shawn, and gazed at every single angel.

"I am and will be forever honoured to be your saviour." Camila smiles. "Now, let's eat."

Before anyone can dig in, they are disrupted by a loud bang. The door to the room is busted open. A large group enters the hall. They are immediately identified by Camila, as vampires and werewolves. Camila wondered why they would disrupt her time, and her question was answered.

In walked, Lauren Jauregui. The person Camila hated the most. She ABSOLUTELY hated her guts. Lauren smirks as she enters the room, with Zayn to her right, and Normani to her left.

Camila and Lauren lock eyes with one another, transferring hatred towards each other. Lauren walks confidently towards Camila, but is stopped by angels. She smirks at them, before looking at Camila again.

"Call off your little sidekicks, or I will kill them. My quarrel is not with them, but with you." Lauren huskily lets out.

Camila didn't want anyone to get hurt, so she told her angels to stand down. Lauren smirks, she knew she still had power over Camila.

"Why are you here, Lauren?" Camila lets out, confused why she was here.

"I think you know why I am here."

"I don't know."

"Cabello, don't play dumb with me. I know you sent that blonde guy to try and disrupt the alliance."

Camila is even more confused. She didn't know what Lauren was talking about.

Camila walks up to Lauren, until they are face to face.

"I don't know what you are talking about, hybrid. I am not aware of an alliance occurring, so I suggest you leave my hall, now!

Lauren smirks at Camila, angered that Camila is still playing dumb.

"One of your angels were following orders, that YOU issued. His name was Chase, ring any bells?" Lauren hissed, feeling her anger build up.

"Chase has gone to see his family in the hospital. I never gave him orders."

"Well, he is dead now."

Camila could feel so much anger building up in her. She couldn't believe that Lauren would kill one of her followers. Actually.. she could believe that. Lauren always kills, that's what she does.

"You and I are gonna talk, so tell your angels to leave, and I will tell my clan to leave." Lauren states.

Camila tells her angels to leave them be, and Lauren does the same with her clan. Shawn hesitates to leave Camila alone, but Camila assures him she has it under control.

Once Camila and Lauren are alone, they avert their gazes at each other. Not a single word is spoken between the two. The tension that was between them could be cut with a knife.

Camila decides to speak first.

"I don't know who you think you are, but you can't march in my territory and make false allegations." Camila points at Lauren's chest.

Lauren shoves Camila's finger of her chest. She smirks, angering Camila. She huskily whispers;

"Do I make you nervous, Camz? I wonder if I can make you squirm like I used to, baby. I definitely know I could do it better than your porcelain boyfriend. You must remember how I made you feel such great pleasure. I did have you screaming my—"

Camila attempts to slap Lauren across her face, but Lauren immediately catches her hand. Camila could feel her breathing falter, from how close she is to Lauren. Lauren pulls Camila towards her body, their lips inches away from each other. Lauren continues with what she was saying, before she was rudely interrupted.

"I distinctly remember how sexy my name sounded from those lips. You made them sound so angelic and so lustful. Do you remember, Camila?"

"No. I don't remember. I hate being reminded of you." Camila responds, trying to break out of Lauren's grip, but Lauren was too strong.

Lauren lets out a low chuckle.

"Maybe I should remind you how it felt to be pleasured by a real competitor." Lauren smirks, before moving her lips towards the crook of Camila's neck. She licks a large patch of Camila's neck, causing Camila to whimper.

"Lauren, let me go."

Lauren sighs, before looking into Camila's eyes.

She lets go of Camila's hand, disappointed at what had just happened.

" I can't believe you are with someone like, Mendes. He can't satisfy you like I can." Lauren speaks out.

Camila lets out a chuckle before staring into Lauren's soul.

"You don't have the right to question my decisions. You killed Sabrina, a poor innocent girl, to satisfy your pleasures. You killed Chase, and you killed people that were my own." Camila shouts at Lauren, pissed at her.

Lauren was about to say something, but was interrupted by a creature entering the hall. Lauren and Camila look at it in shock. They have never seen a creature like that. It looked absolutely horrifying and petrifying. The creature had longer fangs than a normal vampire and eyes bright red like a devil. Its arms and legs were muscular, and it looked like it could anyone instantly. The creature looked absolutely terrifying and unstoppable.

"Good to see the leader and the saviour here. I can't wait to destroy you both." It lets out.

Camila and Lauren look at each other, knowing that they were absolutely fucked.
