A building in Forestville has 13 floors, the 13th being a penthouse, and the 1st having a wide balcony. A girl lives downstairs, and a guy lives upstairs. Separated by 11 floors, will they ever be friends? Yui has been noticing a guy walk his dog pass her balcony for ages. She yearns to befriend him, however something seems to hold her back. Is this love? Or is this something else? Along with her never-ending family issues, it seems like whenever she thinks she's strong enough, she never is. Will she ever find an answer to what this feeling is?
