Markus's strangling was turning her face into a little bluish shade, indicating she was lacking oxygen and would die anytime.

Just as she finished speaking and thought that she would die due to the immense pressure squeezing her airways, Markus loosened his grip on her throat and next instant he slammed his lips on her, while passing some much needed oxygen to her body.

He kissed her with a kind of urgency, as if his life depended on it. His kiss was hard and desperate, too much for Kizy to handle.

But she only needed some air, and Markus was her only source. She just had one thing on her mind - Breathe.
