8 "Same Old Minami"

I ran over to him and began shaking him.

His eyes remained closed. I continued shaking him. I checked to see if he was breathing.

Luckily he was.

I began to calm down. I unbuttoned his coat and checked his temperature. He must not have been feeling well. That's probably why he left early. I went searching for a towel and found some folded in a storage area. I wet the towel and went back to Minami.

I layed the towel on his forehead.

I looked at him for a moment.

Even though he was not well he actually looked really calm.

Hm. For once he doesn't have that annoying ass grin on his face.

I grabbed a book from the stack of books I brought with me when I moved in. I sat on the floor next to the couch and began reading.

Minami still wasn't awake. I was getting really tired.

But I stayed there by the couch.

Before I knew it my eyes began to close.

I woke up still sitting on the floor with the book in my lap. Minami was gone.

The hell?

I quickly got up and went to go get my phone from the room.

Minami was sitting on the bed with some paperwork and a pen. He was wearing.. glasses?!

He looked really normal wearing glasses. In a good way. Unlike a pervert.

He seemed deep in thought.

"Hey," I said.

He looked at me and grinned.

Oh God not this again.

"Are you feeling better?" I asked.

"Yes, thanks to such a good wife," he said and smiled which sent a shiver down my spine.

I was actually worried about him.

I found myself turning slightly pink.

"Is there a reason you were not well?" I asked.

I was unsure but I sat on the bed next to him.

His face fell.

I'd never seen him like this before.

"Nothing." Minami said.

His face turned into a grin.

"Next time I'll take care of you," he said.

He tilted my chin up and gave me a kiss on the forehead.

"Hey!" I said swatting his hand.

I jumped out the bed.

"Don't touch me!" I said.

He laughed.

"I'll touch you as I please," Minami said.

What did he just say?!

"Your being a really bad girl right now Aikiu," he said.

"You need to be punished."

"WHAT?!" I pratically yelled.

"I'll think about what type of punishment you should get," Minami said looking me up and down.

He smirked.

What an asshole!
