"We won" I whisper. My voice cracking as tears fell from my eye landing on his cheek. Blood, lifeless bodies sprayed around covering the land. Warriors are walking toward us with a victorious look on their face. No one could understand my pain as I look down at the man who I saw once as my lover, taking his last breathes. Everyone is happy celebrating their victory, but I'm not. I may haven't lost the war However I lost something way more important, I lost him my little star. I wished it was me and not him. Why God why I cried. Now I have to walk through everything alone without my lover my one source of happiness. I already have lost enough, but I guess that is the price you have to pay for breaking the rules. God is taking him home. No he can't go he can't. It's very hard to look at your loved one in the eye, tell them they are dying eventhough they already know it and watch them fade away just like that. He gave me his heart,soul,mind and body and what did I give him in return nothing except unbearable pain. They were right, everything they said was true, I am a rotten apple you stick with me you get dragged to my dust. He set my heart on fire on who will stop it now? No one because it will burn everything the green and dry just like a locust. You think you can escape it hell nah no one can especially the one that sent him to his maker I will make sure he follows him.
