Chapter 76

Aiyana pushed open the door of Sky and Sierra’s apartment, the strong stench of alcohol carried all the way to the entrance. Whatever Tessa was she did a real number on poor Sky. He was clearly spiraling out.

“Sky!” Aiyana called out.

“Stop screaming Desdemona!” Sky retorted back.

“Where are you?”

“In bed.”

“Taking sick leaves now are we?”

“Like you aren’t!”

“Sky…” Aiyana trailed off when she entered Sky’s bedroom.

He had a bottle in his hand and he was wearing nothing but a towel. His body was dry so he did not take a shower anytime soon, Aiyana thought to herself.
