5 Before the Meeting

Anildi groaned and strength as she stepped out of Septers car. "Six hours...a long ass drive to meet with some vampires. Why are we doing this again?" Septer slammed his door and looked at his companion. "They have information about a potential war between all of our worlds." "We have been getting so close to peace...who is stepping in down?" Anildi leaned against the car as Septer opened the truck. "...well...fuck. Anildi...my best friend..." his voice stammered a bit. "Best friend?" she walked around to the trunk and growled a bit. "Septer...what am I?" "A beautiful human woman." "And who are we meeting in...less than a hour?" she looked at her watch before returning her glare him. "Vampires..." "So I get to go into a meeting with vampires...unarmed!" she slammed the trunk on his hands, hearing his bones crack. He let out a scream pulling his hands out. Thanks to his demon blood they began to heal but the pain slightly lingered. "You fucking idiot!" she started pacing.

Septer looked at his hands and cracked the knuckles once they healed. "Well you know that that means." "I rip your dick off and see if it heals?!" she stayed pacing until he grabbed her hand. "You make a temporary pact with me." She roughly pulled her hand away. "No. that makes you weak. I am sure a few of them will be armed. Get me a weapon and we go from there if anything happens." she sighed. "I really didn't mean to Anildi." his red eyes looked into her blue ones. She got lost in them before shaking her head. "Yeah yeah. Let's head in." They turned towards the abandoned rotting looking home they had drove six hours to.

As they approached Septer wrapped his arm around Anildis shoulder. "...something other than the vampires are here..." he whispered in her ear. Anildis cheeks lightly turned red at his breath in her ear. "What is?" "It's...hard to explain." his grip tightened. They stepped into the living room and Anildi felt a family presence which confused her. "Well if it isn't Luicifers disowned little shit of a son...with his arm wrapped around something that belongs to me." "Septer that voice...I know it from somewhere." she felt her blood run cold. she didn't know how she recognized the voice, but she didn't like it. Septer heard the door slam behind him then counted the number of figures in the room. Four plus an extra. "I don't recall her belonging to anyone." he growled his eyes glowing brighter. "I am going to need you to get your filthy hands off my sister." Samuel, The Elf Queens lover stepped forward into more lighting. Septer pushed Anildi behind him. "You...were supposed to have died in the last war."
