99 Forbidden Alpha Chapter- 98 "Farewell Love, Farewell Fate."

Ally, "Do you remember the day we faced off in the bar, before all of this?" Luther couldn't talk much anymore so he calmly nodded with a nostalgic smile. That was the day he fell for the troublesome Ally King.

Ally, "At first I thought this is a man I will fight against for my entire life, you were persistent and rude but you never gave up. Then...that very man walked back into my life with a true face. He was kind and protective, respected what I wanted and gave me an amazing treasure you can't find anywhere else." Stroking Lilly's hair while her head lay on her mate's chest. Luther kept wiping away Ally's tears with his thumb but they didn't stop not even for a second until his stomach was soaked.

Luther, "I'm sorry Ally." he weakly said.

Ally, "You don't have anything to apologize for, it's okay I'm not mad at you. Aiden said you took the bullet for me, either way, someone would have died. The Luther James I used to know would never have stood ahead of everyone else and taken that bullet. You're a hero you know that." She smiled stroking his cheek. Luther didn't feel like he'd done right until those beautiful words reminded him.

Luther, "I told you I'd never lose you again, and I meant that Ally King." Your unfair telling me such sweet things right now, making it so much harder to let you go. Lilly calmly drifted off to sleep her father's hand still tightly clenched. All Ally could do was lie on his chest listening to that fiery pulse slowly fade with each moment.

Ally, "First Luna, now you? Why do I have to lose people to live, it's not fair..." she was so angry, furious yet again she was losing someone she loved. All of those false promises to herself. Swearing to keep them all safe. Why? Luther sympathetically brushed the black strands from her tear-soaked face, then kissed her pink lips.

Luther, "You won't ever lose anyone again. You can do whatever you want, go wherever you want to go, choose a bright future for our daughter. Your finally free, I'm just sorry I can't be there with you."

Ally, "Then what's the point! How am I supposed to raise Lilly without you? What if I wanted all of us to settle down away from this place? Your so unfair Luther, I want you there beside me. To comfort our daughter through her first heartbreak. Maybe one day we could have even had another child. You can't leave those possibilities out in the open Luther you have to fight! Do this for me, I beg you."

Luther, "The bullet is coated in a special form of poison made just for me, not this time Ally." Made just for him? If that was so then if she'd been shot it wouldn't have affected her. Luther could tell what she was thinking, he wanted to ease her mind. It was strange even though he lay slowly waiting for death, he worried about Ally more.

Ally, "You should have just let him shoot me, you idiot!" Luther shook his head, it would have killed her too, in his vision she was shot in the head, gone within seconds. All of the pack on their knees wailing away at the sight of their alpha's body. It took a while to realize what Luther was telling her through his ruby-red eyes. They were so stunning, they always sucked her in until the end. That lavish black smooth hair clung to his sweating brow.

Luther, "You stopped avoiding my eyes. That's good." he chuckled lightly, had she really done that this whole time. Ally was scared...terrified if she looked at him he'd fade away like a shadow in the mist.

Ally, "I'm selfish, aren't I? Does it hurt a lot?" she began whimpering trying to form words as quick as she could. Luther shook his head, all of the pain went away the minute she touched his hand. Waking up without seeing your face. Losing another piece of her heart, was cruel.

Luther, "It doesn't hurt but...my eyes are getting heavy." Ally slipped her hand from his and leaned down inches from his face, ready to say the hardest thing she'd ever said to anyone.

Ally, "I love you Luther James, and I know one day I'll find you again. I look forward to that day." it was a soft laugh before she kissed him deeply, it was sweet and exhilarating. A moment they both wanted to hold onto forever.

Luther, "We're fated of course I'll find you again...in another life. Ally..."

No, don't say it, please. I can't hear those words again. I know you're keeping your body going because of me and you're running out of steam. You're a kind person Luther James, a wonderful father, and the love of my life.

Ally, "I know. It's okay I'm right here so you can...let go now." Before she couldn't finish her sentence her body exploded with emotion. A loud heart-wrenching whine left her throat. Luther clenched his teeth and cuddle her close with Lilly between them. They both looked up to the sky as he cradled her. It was beautiful, the auburn glow made each cloud red with colour. It looked just like his eyes as if being called back to heaven. It was silent.

Luther's tight grip got weaker and his breathing barely there. Ally clenched his chest.

*Thump*

*Thump*

Luther, "I love you, Ally King." he whispered softly in her ear.

*Thump*

*Thump*

*...*

"WAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH" Both Lilly and Ally screamed in agony so loud the pack members fell to the floor. Isaac and Aiden placed their head in their hands and cried. Helen and Blake embraced each other.

'You looked so peaceful as you lay there, with that handsome face resting gently on my head. You kissed me, held me. You weren't alone and that makes me happy. I'm also not alone and that makes me happy. I know what you would have wanted for me, and you sacrificed yourself for it. You...wanted me to be free. So...for as long as I live, I will never ever forget you, Luther James. I will always love you, I'll find you soon."
