37 Chapter Thirty Seven: The Skin Walker

We finished talking to Nik about the skin walker. He was shocked but knew what we had to do to survive. So I had Nik and Ian talk to them about the skin walker and I watched from afar so they couldn't see me, we always had a plan b Incase no one fessed up, so I waited until I was needed...

N: Klaus and Ian asked many questions, Claire had no idea what they were talking about and looked scared of them, Johnathan said everything they needed to know, Rose was very calm but aware, she never said a word, only nodding her head at some questions.

I watched Ian take Claire and Johnathan back to the mansion, then Nik gave me the signal to go. I turned into my werewolf self. And once I did, I ran as fast as I could to Rose and as soon and I got to her, I couldn't move, I passed out and turned back to myself. I woke up a few hours later in my bed, Nik and Ian were by my side asking me questions to make sure I was ok and not possessed, I wasn't...but I was very hurt, they told me that Rose was locked up where she couldn't get out, in the basement of the mansion so we can ask her anything from a safe distance. We figured it out in no time that she was the skin walker that possessed Meredith. Once we brought Meredith into the basement and showed her Rose, she screamed with fear, she knew exactly who this was. And when she told us her real name we knew too! This women wasn't Rose, her name was Saber, which sounded way to familiar to Nik, he knew who this was more than research could explain. Saber was one of Nik's flings over the years, he said he knew her from 1903, and of course me and Ian recognized her from her unforgettable appearance, which didn't occur to us until after we had her locked up. From the research we did it said that all skin walkers that disguised as humans had he exact same looks, the men looked all the same, with black hair and a skinny body...the women all had blonde hair and emerald green eyes, they were quite tall too, which of course Saber was. She told us almost everything we were wondering, she told us how she could be ageless, by a spell put on her by her friend, why she possessed Meredith, so she could bring back one of the most gullible and easy to possess women of her time. But she wouldn't tell us why she was here...that would be our next and final question before we figure out how to kill her permanently!
