Surprise On New Year's Eve

Being stirred awake from her sleep, Hisaki groaned. She squinted her eyes a few times before opening them properly. Her gaze fell on the base of someone's neck. In her drowsiness, her lips curled up slightly.

Her old man was still deep in sleep. Hisaki carefully lifted up his left arm from her waist. Turning on the other side of the bed, she reached out for her phone.

"Oh... 4:20."

Still so early ah.

The cold air made Hisaki unwilling to go out of bed but, she no longer felt sleepy. Despite the functioning heating system, anyone could still feel the cold of winter.

"Hurm... better to hug my cuddly bear, hehe~"

Chuckling to herself, Hisaki sneaked back into Heisuke's arms. Their legs were tangled under the thick blanket. Pressing her head into his chest, she listened to the calm rhythm of his heartbeat.
