Cassandra laid in bed dying, more than twenty years of life as the wife of Lord Mosely was worth nothing, with neither husband nor children in attendance. Her children despised her, her husband disdained her, and her in-laws detested her. She had been used, her innocent heart trampled on and her family lied to, all to obtain her ability to birth strong children. Regrets filled her mind even at her last moments. As she was preparing for the afterlife a messenger of God appeared to her. External forces had manipulated the free-will of her world, forcing her into a marriage that otherwise wouldn't have happened and plunging her world into chaos. Since the world's free-will course had been interrupted with her at the center, God decided to give her a chance to reset if she so chose, redo her adult life with her memories intact. Cassandra chose to take the opportunity, not for revenge, but for the chance to save her family and country.
