46 Done Deal

When he got to his room, he called the real estate agent and she fixed an appointment for the next day which was a Sunday to finalize the paperwork's as she wanted to quickly tie everything down and make it official with the building owner before another interested buyer came to snatch the building away .

Since most working people only had there free time on the weekends, so it wasn't unusual for the real estate agents to also avail themselves on the weekends to work with clients who couldn't make it during the weekdays.

After the call Tony had nothing to do before dinner, so continued to check his phone and saw some congratulatory messages from his friends which he replied to and then continued to chat with his close friends.

He messaged his friends and informed them about the business he was planning and if they were free to follow him in running some errands the next day, which they all agreed to since they were all going to be free the next day.

"Tony is time for dinner" his brother shouted from downstairs informing him to come downstairs. Tony looked at the time and discovered that it was already late in the evening, he had been chatting with his friends for a while on his phone without knowing it was time for dinner.

He went downstairs and had dinner with his family together while they chatted on any random topics. After dinner they talked together for a while as Tony offered to do the dishes.

After they had finished talking for close to an hour, Tony went back upstairs and picked up his phone. He had nothing else to do and continued to check on the messages on his phone and replied to some other messages.

He also saw the academy whatsapp group for the players of Man City and opened the messages. He saw that there were many messages covering different things about training and other things.

There were messages from players who were not in the squad for a match congratulating the others who played in a match on there victory.

There were also information reminding the players of previous information from the coaches or jokes with players bantering against each other. The group was very jovial and free from any form of tension as the players were all mates who joked and talked about anything they wanted even about topics that weren't related to football.

Tony also used that chance to also engage in the group as he also congratulated his teammates on there win against Liverpool.

The players were really happy about the free day from training as some of them joked about using the free day to go find girls or any other things they would use there free days for.

They knew if they had lost the match with a really bad performance then the coaches would have been angry and would likely have fixed a training for Sunday to try and correct some of the things they observed from the match.

Tony also chatted with his teammates for some hours before he started getting tired and stopped chatting as he now prepared to go to bed. He remembered to copy the stamina skill of B+ he had copied from the match against Liverpool, as he felt the cold feeling come over him as he lay on his bed.

The next day he woke up and performed some exercises before he was to go downstairs to have his breakfast with his family.

The exercises he usually did in the morning now all appeared to be a little easier as he could now do what he could barely do then easily due to the new Stamina Skill of B+.

After his exercises he had his bath and went downstairs for breakfast. His family had already had there own breakfast since they knew Tony wouldn't be rushing off to training this morning.

After that his breakfast he went back upstairs and prepared himself before he called his friends to inform them that he was coming to pick them soon.

Tony dressed in casual clothes as he drove in his red Nissan car to pick up Tom, Harry and Paul from there homes.

They chatted and joked about various things as he liesurely drove them over to the real estate agent's office to go sign the lease.

When they got there Tony met the real estate agent and they discussed about the deal and some other minor things concerning the deal.

After he finished talking to her he read through the terms of the lease with his friends as they also waited for the building owner to arrive.

After they had waited for about 30 minutes a man who appeared to be in his late 60s and had grey hair came into the office.

The real estate agent introduced the man as the owner of the building to Tony.

"Nice to meet you sir" Tony greeted in a gentlemanly manner.

"Likewise. So you are the young chap wanting to lease my building?" the old man asked in a hoarse voice.

"Yes sir"

"No problem then, as long as you take care of my building and pay your money on time we would get along well enough." The old man plainly said.

After some other discussion they both signed the lease and Tony directly transferred the rent fee to the old man's account. The amount he paid was roughly above 65,000 in total for all the fees for a 6month lease.

Then he also transferred the agency fee to the real estate agent who had helped him in finding and now securing the building.

When he was done with everything he shook hands with the building owner and the real estate agent, then he collected the keys to the building and took the paperwork as well, while he and his friends drove to the building for Tony to show them the building.

The Building was located at the city center which was not too far from the Man City academy. The area where the building was located could be considered a business district and Tony was lucky to even get the building that cheap.
