33 Chilling With Friends

The next day was a Sunday morning and there was still no training. He woke up stretched a little and opened his stats window.

His finishing stat had improved from a C to a B+. Tony felt really happy as his improvement from when he started the academy was almost inhuman.

He went downstairs to greet his family who were in the dinning having there breakfast. They didn't wait for him as they knew he needed to properly rest his body.

"Good morning everyone" he greeted all of them when he came downstairs.

"Good morning" They all answered before his father then continued to ask

"How is our star player doing this morning and hope you properly rested to avoid injuries?" Tony's father asked.

"Yes I slept really well and am already back to full capacity since I didn't play the whole match." Tony replied as he joined them in breakfast.

Today was a Sunday so his Father stayed home as they all discussed for a long period of time about everything together.

"Your mom and I would be going to visit some friends later, so you guys have to stay home and take care of the house as we would be coming back a little late." Tony's dad announced.

Tony had no plans as he simply nodded his head while his brother groaned a little to express his discomfort. No one answered him as they all ignored as they all continued to talk.

Around noon his parents left the house together leaving Tony and George at home.

"Tony please you have to cover for me, I need to go meet some of my friends at the mall." George begged after his parents had left.

Tony agreed as his brother also rushed out of the house. He was now alone and had no plans, after thinking for some seconds he thought of his three best friends.

He took his phone and called all three of them inviting them to his house to come play games on his Play Station 4 and hangout, which they all agreed to.

Tony moved the game from George's room to his room and brought some light snacks from the fridge to his room to entertain his friends. After a while Tom, Harry and Paul all came to his house as they knocked the door.

"Hello youngsters!" he said as he opened the door for all three of them as they entered.

"Hey we thought you had been kidnapped as we didn't hear from you or maybe you suddenly decided to change countries." Paul said jokingly

"Then why didn't you guys call or message me" Tony said as he feigned annoyance while he led three of them into his room.

"When last did you check your messages, or you are now too busy to reply our messages" Tom quickly replied in a joking manner.

Tony immediately remembered about his messages as he checked his phone and saw numerous messages including those from his friends.

His mind had been preoccupied with football that he had not even checked the group that was created for his academy teammates.

He could only apologize as his friends began playing the PlayStation as they catched up on everything they had missed. They played FIFA 15 with the looser of the match dropping the game controller for the next person to play.

Tony gisted them about the match against Everton and his performance. His friends were a little annoyed as he had failed to invite them to the game for them to come and support him and see how he had improved.

After he apologized, he even went as far as to invite them to all his home games this season as long as they were free to come, as they continued to game for hours while snacking on the side.

"We could do this every Sunday when you are free since you are usually busy during the weekdays" Harry suggested to the group, as Tony and the others all agreed to it.

His friends left when it was close to 6 in the evening after which George later came home. He was smiling greatly as it was obvious he enjoyed himself.

"Hey! are you sure you didn't sneak off to go meet some girl." Immediately Tony said the colour on George's face immediately went pale, showing his nervousness and the fact that he had actually gone to meet a girl, this all resulted in Tony laughing hard.

"Just make sure you both know what you are doing as I am not ready to become an Uncle this early." this second statement made George to cough uncontrollably for some seconds while Tony laughed as he went to fix up something to eat in the kitchen.

'That was harsh even though you were just pulling his legs' Rose mind communicated to Tony.

Tony could only laugh as he shrugged his shoulders, before he had his dinner and went back to his room.

The next day he just stayed at home throughout as he played games alone as George had gone to school.

Later in the day he received a call from the real estate agent explaining the delay in finding the property he wanted to rent.

"Hello Mr. Tony sorry for the delay, but I have successfully found two locations that met your requirements and am still looking for a third option for you"

He could only accept and agree to wait for her to look for a third option since he was in no hurry to set up his business.

He knew it was possible she hadn't even started searching for a place or that she could have already found more than three options but only wanted to make it appear she had a difficult time finding the place to show how hard she had worked.

Tony exercised a little in his room, since he didn't have a gym close to him and didn't even feel like going out of the house.

After his exercises he played games all day and ate with his family when it was time to eat.

He really rested well and was refreshed to begin the new week of training that was ahead.
