Chapter 2: Forgotten Memories

"Who are you?!" I asked with an alert tone of voice. The puppet creature turned its thin lengthy neck and looked at me more directly.

"What do you mean Foxy? It's me, Puppet." It responded to my inquiry.

"I-I don't know who you are!" I responded with a slight intonation of fear. Puppet looked at me, its mask unmoving, not even showing any emotion, but I could tell it seemed to be worried.

"Did you bump your head Foxy?" It asked.

'I didn't realize until now, my head hurt like crazy, I must've been ignoring it because of my curiosity.' I thought to myself.

"Do you remember who you are?" It asked. I shook my head as I backed away slowly. "Your name is Funtime Foxy, I'm The Puppet, we're friends, remember?" It asked me. I shook my head again as I realized I was on a ledge.

'Why does this just drop off into water?!" I asked myself. "L-look, I don't know where I am, I just know that I am trapped inside here." I told The Puppet. The Puppet looked at me as he tilted his head.

"Come on, I am sure Freddy can help you remember." It said as it sighed. It started walking, expecting me to follow. I decided to do so since there wasn't much else I could do. After walking back to the main room, he walked over to the counter that looked like some sort of store counter, and vaulted over it, opening the door behind it. "Freddy! Foxy lost his memories!' The Puppet shouted.

"Huh? And what do you want me to do about it?" Freddy asked with a low pitched voice as he huffed.

"Well, you're the one in the tool closet, so I figured you'd know somethin' about it." The Puppet responded.

"Oh, wait, you're right, gimme a second." Freddy said as he laughed. After a few minutes of metal clanking, he came out with a wrench in his hand. "This should do the trick!" He said with excitement as he threw the wrench at me. The unprepared me took the wrench to the head and fell to the ground, the last thing I heard was. "Oh, I see, that may work!"

I woke up. After looking around a bit I determined I was back on that curtained off stage, so I got up. When I got up I realized I had a massive headache, even worse than before. I nearly fell because of the headache, but I managed to open the curtain. "Oh, hey Ballora." I said as I realized parts of my memories returned. 'So that actually worked?' I thought to myself as a contemplating look appeared on my face. 'Well, at least partially.' I thought as a satisfied look appeared on my face and I began nodding.

"Nothing's wrong with him Puppet!" She exclaimed as she looked at Puppet and Freddy. I looked at Freddy, the robotic bear, he is mainly white, with his accents being a light purple, he wears a black top hat with a black bowtie, purple blush on his cheeks, two buttons are on his chest, as well as the grided metal sphere that I have on mine. Ballora Has a ballerina skirt, with ballerina shoes, her eyes are closed, but she can still see. She has blue hair in a bun, and purple lips and blush.

"Where's Baby and Bonbon?" I asked as they were the only two missing from the group. Ballora looked at me.

"Baby and Bonbon have been missing for a while, remember?" Ballora asked me.

"Oh, sorry, my memories are still a little foggy." I responded. Freddy sighed.

"I'll go get the wrench." He said as he started to walk away.

"N-no need!" I exclaimed as I tried to run, but wound up falling.

"No, no, I'll get the wrench." He responded as Puppet followed him. When he caught up to Freddy Puppet put his hand on Freddy's shoulder and said.

"We already completed our goal, we shouldn't risk damaging his mind further." With a confident and heroic voice.

'So these are the people I am trapped with...' I thought to myself unenthusiastically. I got up and walked to the main room, looking for something to do. "Does anyone have any idea what we should do?" I asked everyone.

"Oh, oh! I know! Let's raid Puppet's room!" Freddy exclaimed as he started running towards the gift box just down the hall. I followed suit, as my head started to feel better.

"You can't just barge into someone's room without permission!" Puppet exclaimed loudly as he tried to get us to stop going to his room. Freddy and I continued as we ignored his words, and within a minute we reached the large gift box. Freddy lifted the lid and jumped in as I heard metal hit wood. I looked in to see Freddy climbing down a ladder. I followed him and soon enough we reached the bottom, Puppet still trying to stop us from going any further.

When I got down there I looked around. The ladders ended on a couch, in a room with white walls, the couch is blue, with a red Indian carpet under a coffee table. Across the room is a TV in an entertainment center. There wasn't much on it, just a few game and movie cases as well as a PS2, To my right is an entrance, which leads to the main room of the apartment. When I walked over there, the floor changed from carpet to quartz tile, there was a kitchen, not big, but a kitchen nonetheless. There are stools on this side, which are under the drape of the counter, on the other side of the counters was another set of counters, with a fridge, sink, dishwasher, cabinets, and oven.

"Wow, fancy." I stated simply as I looked around the rest of the room. I looked behind me, There was the entrance to the living room as well as a short hall to its right. At the end of the hall is a door, which puppet said leads to the bathroom, and in the center of the wall on the right is his bedroom. "Why do Freddy and I get small living areas?" I asked.

"I don't know actually. It's just always been that way." Puppet responded as he drifted off into his thoughts.
