1 People and Expectations

Gulped by the bubble

I float for a while

Up and above the road very high

I seem to see everything

Hear everyone and roam everywhere

The bubble did the way I wanted

And then it took me to a tower

Tall and touching the sky

As soon as I push the bubble towards it

The bubble burst itself

And there I kept falling

Lower and lower

Until I reached the thorny trees

I said, "never again a bubble"

Then came a flying mat

Whoooo and weeee

It took me here and there

Everywhere that I wished for

It just asked me to command it

But then came the strong wind

And without warning, the mat dropped me

And flew to its rescue

Struck in the wind, I turned and turned

Until I hit the trees again

Only this time harder

And then I said, "no more flying"

And then came the balloons

Came with the same promise

And when the thunder was around

It threw me just like the others

And now I said, "no means no"

Then came a plane with the promise

I politely said, " I don't need it now"

The plane said it ain't no bubble to burst

It ain't no mat to be scared

Nor it is a ballon to be pricked by thunder

And I can't also go like them everywhere

I will fly in my limits but I will not drop you

I again politely said, "Thanks for the offer"

The plane just knew the reason

And it hovered around, just in case...
