6 Waking up to the brown eyes

Darkness is what Iam seeing and feeling. iam in a dark alley surrounded by dark shadows. there is no escaping from them. the dark figures are coming towards me confining between them making me hard to breathe.

I don't know how but one minute I am surrounded by the dark figures and the next minute I am running from them and they are chasing me.iam running for my life but where I don't know .there is nothing around me but darkness. I can hear my heartbeats which is beating rapidly and I feel breath on my neck of the dark figures and I am having goosebumps all over my body.

Suddenly I stumbled upon something and I fell. iam on the ground and I am hearing footsteps nearing me. like a magnet, the ground is sucking me down and my body is glued to the ground, and Iam unable to move forward. my heart is in my mouth due to fear of getting caught by the dark figures and my breathing is coming rapidly and I am sweating all over.

I turned around and the dark figures stopped three steps away from me and one dark figure moved forward. I can't see its face first but after taking one more step forward the dark figure took place by the man who assaulted me at the party.

He had that same sinister smirk and an evil glint in his eyes. iam moving backward and he is coming towards me like a predator. I am feeling the same feelings all over again. No one is there to help me now. I am all alone now.

He is trying to reach me.his hands are moving towards me and I am having a hard time to breath and I am sobbing on the ground helplessly yelling for someone to come and save me.

Suddenly someone is shaking me, trying to wake me up. iam engulfed by the warmth and I am feeling safe? " It's okay it's okay you are fine, wake up" someone is saying these words, by listening to these words and feeling the warmth suddenly the dark figures and the bad guy disappeared.

I woke up suddenly and pushed the person who is holding me. I am panting hard and I feel like I haven't had water for so long.

I rubbed my eyes and roamed them around my surroundings and I am in my room and I saw the same brown eyes from the party who is my knight In shining armor sitting on my bed a few feet away from me and the same concern shining in his eyes which showed before I blacked out at the party.

"Umm I'll go and get zayreen," he said getting up from my bed and leaving my room.

He is very tall and his voice is deep too. I thought seeing his broad shoulders leaving my room.

Seriously scar what are you even thinking? I scolded myself for my thoughts.

" Scar? How are you feeling? Zay asked sitting on my bed and holding my hand.

" We got the scared scar, if omer hadn't got you on time I don't want to think about what had happened," lilly said crying hugging me.

"Omer? I asked confused.

" Yes omer, I told you that I have my brother here in New York, some billionaire and all. Omer is my brother and he is standing there" Zay said pointing towards brown eyes who is standing leaning on a wall with folded hands watching us.

" Ohh yeah now I remember, you talked about your brother", I said.

" Umm zayreen I have to go. I have some work to finish. Call me if you need anything. Okay? And next inform me before going to these idiotic parties, got it? Omer scolded Zay with a Stern expression.

" Okay Dad," Zay said rolling her eyes and getting up to send him off.

" I am serious about it Zay," omer said with a scowl.

" I know omer, don't worry I am gonna call you before doing something like this okay, happy," Zay said.

" Okay, good take care," he said hugging Zay and looking into my eyes with a frown and a shake of the head he left our apartment. When he is looking into my eyes I felt something. something too intense to explain. I never felt this way before.

Zayreen came back sending omer off. " So how are you doing scar? Zay asked sitting beside me.

" I am feeling good now and thank you guys, if not for you I don't know what would have happened," I said bowing my head.

" Don't be sad scar, it's over, we found you on time and that's a matter so get up and go take a shower or bath and we are gonna order your favorite Chinese and binge on Netflix?" Zay said getting excited like a child.

" Woah Woah calm down Zay. Hold your energy for ordering food and selecting a movie" lilly said laughing.

" Seriously guys thank you so much. I owe you two and I am lucky to call you both my best friends and sisters". I said crying and hugging them.

"Awww don't cry babe, we are always gonna be there for you. We got your back" Zay said wiping my tears.

" Yes scar we got your back so get up, get ready okay," lilly said.

" Ahh I forgot to tell you something," Zay said smirking.

"What? I asked

" Seriously Zay not now, let her take a bath" lilly scolded her.

" Please lilly I can't keep it with me that long and we both know that scar took a lot of time for a bath please lilly," Zay said with her pout and folded hands.

" Okay, your wish," lilly said with a sigh.

" Do you remember anything after blacking out at the party? Zay asked.

" No why? What happened? I asked nervously.

" Ohh nothing don't worry. It's just you are being a koala" Zay said trying to stop her from laughing out loud.

" What koala? Me? How come? I asked confused.

" So you don't remember anything? Lilly asked.

" I just told you guys that I don't remember anything," I said getting irritated by their questions.

" Don't get an irritated scar. I will tell you what happened. After you blacking out at the party omer lifted you and took you to the car and our apartment in his car because you are not leaving him and holding him tight so he drove you both. Zay said stopping herself from laughing.

"Oh my god, seriously," I asked them face palming myself.

" And it is not over yet," Zay said.

" Ohh my god what did I do," I asked embarrassed.

" After coming to the apartment again you don't want to leave omer and you are clinging on him like a koala and snuggling into him," lilly said stopping herself from laughing too.

" This is not funny guys, why are you laughing? I asked them with a scowl.

" We are laughing because you are looking like a koala clinging on to a giant bear," Zay said laughing out loud and lilly joined her embarrassing me further.

" Oh my god, what did I do? I embarrassed myself in front of him" I groaned hiding my face in my hands.

What did he think of me? He thought that Iam holding him purposely.

" Will you guys please stop laughing like hyenas. I am getting a headache listening to your laughing and you both are embarrassing me more" I said send a glare in their way.

" Okay okay sorry get up and go wash yourself up," lilly said dragging lilly from my room.

What the hell did happen yesterday. why did I behave like that. ? embarrassed myself. how would I face him? maybe that's why he is looking at me strangely. He thought that Iam a nutcase.

If I ever saw him I am gonna hide from him. I don't want to embarrass myself anymore.

I hope Iam not gonna face him again.
