9 Stranger Danger?

Iam currently sitting in university's library preparing for the test which is going to be on Friday and today is wednesday.i know I have one more day to prepare but iam not the kind of student who wastes one second of their time for their tests and that's what Iam doing currently preparing notes.

My literature professor

gave us the topic for the test and we all have to state our opinions and point of views on it and we also have to justify our opinions that, why we are thinking like that and what we believe about it. The topic is very interesting and researching about it gives me so much knowledge and I can use it for myself too "women empowerment and feminism". I am really looking forward to it. after writing it on the paper we have to talk about it infront of the class and this is the hard part of the test and I don't know how iam gonna do it but I hope I can do it and i hope the research iam doing for the test will help me to gain some confidence to talk.

Iam sitting alone in the library for the last one hour reading "Virginia woolf's A Room of one's own". It is an extended essay joining her two lectures about social injustices,women's lack of free expression. I liked her most essential point which is " A woman must have money and a room of her own is she is to write fiction". Iam reallyliking it reading so far .i can learn so much from reading it.

In the middle of drowning in my book I felt a presence opposite me and heard the sound of chair screeching and within a half minute I heard a rough male voice " Hey there! iam watching you from the last one hour reading that book without moving.so,I came here to check that you are dead or so" He said laughter in his voice.

I lift my head to see a blonde guy with tattoos peeking out from his sleeves and a lip ring. "Umm..... I think you have cleared your doubt now, so you can go" I rudely replied. With all the tattoos and lip ring he is giving me not so good vibes and I don't want to get in trouble and the most important thing is that iam not comfortable with people I don't know and I stay far away from New people.over all iam not friendly at all.

" Yeah now I know that you are not dead or unconscious I can happily give you my company" he said rolling his eyes and planting his annoying self on the opposite chair.

" I don't think so, and your not welcome here" I said narrowing my eyes.

"So what is it you reading that kept you so busy that I thought you are dead" he said ripping book from my hands " ummm interesting so you are a feminist" he said nooooo he stated.

" Seriously! First I don't know who the fudge you are, second you just can't assume anything if iam feminist or not by seeing me reading about it and third Don't take precisely rip some thing from someone who you don't know" I said taking my book back from his hands sending daggers from my eyes at him.

" Woah woah there tiger, iam sorry if I came as rude but that is not my intention" he said lifting his hands up in the air.

" Whatever! Will you please leave. I have to go back to reading" I said opening my book and thankfully I have stopper at the page IAM reading, If not I have to waste my time searching for it.

" Okay let me try again. Hey! Iam Elijah, Elijah James and you can call me Eli,E or whatever you want to call" Eli i mean Elijah said givinghis hand to shake.

" See,sorry to disappoint you but iam not interested so leave" I said going back to my book.

" Who told you iam hitting on you! I may came here for friendship" he said with a frown.

" Whatever it maybe I don't want to be your friend and I already have two amazing best friends and how do I believe you? It's only been 10 minutes of us talking" I said assessing him from his blonde hair to his sneakers.

" Good point but trust me I don't have any other intention. You seem interesting and I like interesting things and people and I just want you to be my friend" Elijah said shrugging his shoulders.

He is tall and broad with blonde hair and blue eyes with tattoos and piercings and by the first look he seems suspish but now by talking with him he seems cool and genuine?

I don't know if I want to believe him or not. Trust is not something you can give easily. Trust is to earn by being loyal and genuine to the people you love.

" Don't think much scar,let's just be friends already! " he said with a playful smirk.

" How do you know my name?" I asked narrowing my eyes trying to be intimidate infront of this gaint man.

" Ughhh stop with your intimidating looks you are not scary scar, and it's not hard to know your name when your uni's I'd is on the table and I can clearly see it" he said folding his hands with a smug smile.

" Whatever Elijah we can't be friends and I already have two friends and we don't allow anyother people in our group" I lied to make him leave.

" No problem I can convince your two other friends and make them my friends too" he said grinning like a child who got his favorite candy.

" Oh my gosh! Why are you so persistent to become my friend?" I asked scowling.

" I told you,you look interesting and kind of a person who will do anything for her friends and loved ones and cute and funny too when you try to intimidate someone" he said laughing. " I can see why you are hesitating to trust new people and if I will be in your place I would hesitate too. Don't worry scar iam not a bad guy and you can trust me, I promise" Eli said with a serious expression and looking straight in to my eyes.

It felt like he can see my pain through my eyes and with his smile he is assuring me that everything is gonna be okay and iam with you kind of vibes. The way he is talking makes me want to accept him as my friend.may be I can make him my friend too.new life,new changes and new friends too right?

Lilly and Zay is there with me and they can easily read a person with in a minute so no need to worry. If what he is saying is true and wants to be my friend then iam getting another best friend.

" Umm I'll think about it" I said dismissing him.

" Thank you, thank you I will be waiting here tomorrow at same time okay?" He said getting excited.

" Yeah okay, same place" I said giving him a small smile.

" Okay then I'll take my leave and you can read your book with peace now" he said getting up from his chair.

" Awwww so sweet of you " I said sarcastically rolling my eyes.

" Ha ha ha iam a gentleman and I know how to treat a woman " Eli said bowing dramatically.

" Yeah yeah gentleman and you? Huh! Maybe in your dreams" I said with a fake scowl.

" Ouch! It hurts" Eli said dramatically. He is so much like zayreen. She is also a drama queen. If these two be in one room then there is going to be a one hella entertainment for the viewers.

" Okay okay stop you drama queen and go.you are wasting my time.i have a test to prepare". I said waving at him.

" Hey iam not a girl so don't call me a drama queen and iam going so chill" Eli said taking his backpack and slinging it on his shoulder.

" Okay then bye! " I said

" Bye and don't forget to think about making me your friend, okay? If you don't make me your friend iam gonna stalk you everywhere" Eli said making a serious face and failing miserably.

" Ha ha ha okay okay let's see" I said laughing at his funny serious face.

" Ha ha ha laugh how much you want but iam serious about stalking thing" he said mocking my laugh and again failing to compose his serious posture.

" Okay mister serious, go I have to prepare for my test" I said playfully narrowing my eyes.

" Okay seriously iam going now and please scar think about it" Eli said with a pout and puppy eyes waving at me and leaving the library.

" Okay I'll think about" I waved back. I already made up mind and iam going to introduce Eli to lilly and Zay and going to be his friend.

From the outside He looks like big bad gaint and seems to be intimidating with all his tattoos and piercing but from the inside he is a big softie with an adorable pout and puppy eyes and a good sense of humour too and so much of drama. I maybe bad at reading people at the first encounter but with Elijah,first he seems to be a bad boy with a big ego but talking with him he seems a guy with a kind heart and he seems empathetic too.

I hope my two best friends will like eli too. If they don't like him I don't know how to make them like him but I know if lilly and Zay spend at least ten minutes with Eli then they'll definitely gonna like him and iam sure about it.

Let see what tomorrow brings but for now I have a test to prepare for and want my entire focus on this task first.
