1 Griffin family

At the edge of the mountain a boy sat there watching everything under him like a large bird watching everythig from the top. the boy wanted to fly But he is just a normal village boy in the mountains and the boy name is luke griffin. luke doesn't have the cultivation to fly neither he is a bird. so he sat there watching everything.

"Luke come on we have to go now mother is calling." Jake called Luke while walking the down the mountain.

"Okay I am coming wait for me." Luke caught up to his brother and both reached a village. These both little boys are Jake and Luke sons of the village mayor. They are both talented in magic and sword fighting and considered to be fighters in the whole village.

So, everyone in the village respected them for there strenght. Because in the world of Gaia, strong are responsible for fighting with the beasts and defened the people.

Jake is strong physical fighter who can wield ki which is speciality of the martial masters and Luke can wield both ki and mana in the nature as Luke is a hybrid of both. 

They both reached their home and they saw their mom and dad are waiting for them with serious looks on their faces.

Brother's didn't under why their parents are serious and atmosphere seems to be tense. normally when they came late after playing in the mountains their mother and father will scold and give pusnishment but today they didn't.

"Go to your rooms and freshen up dinner is waiting for you." Linda told them. Linda is their mother and she is very beautiful 30 years old mother and she very strict towards them she had frown on her face as she talking to them.

"Ok mom." Both answered and went to their rooms freshened up and came back to eat dinner with their family. 

Both of them were fast coming down after freshening up because their parents seemed to be serious mood. 

"Mom dad, what's happening why are you both in serious mood." Jake asked his parents and Luke nodded his head towards them.

Their parents saw each other eyes and decided they cann;t keep this secret anymore.

"Boys, we want tell you guys something important. we don't want to drag you guys in t this in the first place but the time is not our side." Their father Roger told them.

" We never told you about our families and maybe you guys thought mom and I were orphans so, you guys didn't ask or get any doubt about our family. but boys you have garndfather and he is the king of the Griffin kingdom. And my father has only child that is me as for my mother she died after giving birth to me and my father never remarried. So that makes me crown prince of the Griffin kingdom and your mother had parents but died in the accident that long back." Roger told his children about them. as roger telling about the linda parents he eyed linda but he got no response from linda.

Both the boys were dumfounded because they didn't know what there father was talking about. they thought their whole life is in mountains and their family. but now, their father is telling them that they have a grandpa and he is king.

" Children we didn't tell you guys because your grandfather banished our family from the kingdom and after that we didn't want anything from your grandfather and settled here in the mountains." Linda told them.

" Banished from the kingdom." Jake was confused as for why their family was banished.

" Dad why did we get banished and why are telling all this now." jake asked them. Luke was also confused about the situation but he didn't know about the situation.

Linda told the griffin brothers" because your father married me even though he had fiance and your grandfather got angry at us and banished us." In a sarcastic aggressive tone.

Roger just awkwardly smiled at his children.

He coughed a little and told to his sons " boys I know because of this you may not like grandpa but he banished our family to protect us from other families in the kingdom." And yesterday " father sent a messenger for us to return to kingdom and he told me that he is going retire and I have take his position and responsibilities of the Griffin family and kingdom."

" So, you are now a king father." Jake and Luke shouted simultaneously at that same time.

" Yes, my sons your father is going to be king and we are moving to the Griffin kingdom capital." Roger said that with a smile on his face. while saying this to his children roger temperament took drastic turn as he seemed like a ruler that commanding the kingdom.

Both boys sensed the changes of there father but didn't know what they are feeling but knew their father is happy. they also felt happy and are excited because they never took step outside of the mountains in their whole life. Both started jumping and cheering on their top of lungs.

" Sit down boys you both are now not normal children you guys are going to be princes of the Kingdom and you need learn how to behave." Roger told them.

Both realized they are now princes of the Griffin kingdom and they don't know anything about the Griffin kingdom at all. as they were thinking there father called someone inside.

" Boys I want to introduce you to someone, Come in Winston." called Roger.

And a person came beside him like shadow from surrounding darkness. shadow is none other than trusted subordinate of the king that came as messenger and a secret escort.

" Children this is uncle Winston, the trusted subordinate and friend of your grandfather." Roger told the children.

" He will your butler from on and he will protect and train you guys to be the princes of the griffin kingdom. So, be good and learn from uncle Winston."

Winston went forward and knelt down on his one knee and saluted with one hand on his chest to Jake and Luke. " Greetings prince Jake and prince Luke nice meeting you and it is my pleasure to serve for you." 

Both Jake and Luke felt weird when they heard that they had a butler and he will teach and protect them.

After that everyone gathered at dinner table and ate dinner with Winston by their side standing near them like a butler. Even though it's boys first time having butler, they came to their terms with it and knew this is going to be their new situation.

After dinner Roger told that they have to leave for the kingdom tomorrow and have to pack up everything and ready to travel in the morning.

Jake and Luke went to their room and left their parents and Winston to talk between themselves. they have to plan ahead for there travel and pack their bags.

After everything, both of them settled in their beds and tucked themselves in.

Luke asked his brother " Jake do you feel excited that we going are going to be princes. This is all new to us do you think we can be royals."

" I don't know Luke but we can't shame our father or mother and bring disgrace to our family. So, whatever we face, we face everything together." Jake said.

" Yes brother we can do this." Luke said and both went to bed.
