To make savory lamb:
2 tsp allspice
Pinch of cumin
Pinch of black pepper
4 star anise
Enough water to boil
lamb cut into 1"×1" sections
Start by bringing water to a boil then add the spice mix to a desired consistency. After the water and spices have boiled for 5 minutes then add the lamb. Cook the meat for 25 minutes or desired tenderness. This dish is great served with Chinese or Japanese noodles, radish slices, and drizzle of soy sauce.
