As soon as we sat on the seat of the car, I could feel the world spinning around me. I gripped Alex's hand tighter as I started feeling pain in my lower abdomen and it was increasing more and more as the time was passing by. 

" Aaah!" I moan escaped from my lips as it was getting very painful, almost unbearable and soon my control broke and I started crying from the pain.

" Calm down Anna, it's gonna be alright." he said rubbing my back and pulled me on his lap and hugged me. Although, the pain was still there, I could feel my heart warming at his gesture.

" A-Alex." I muttered his name, mustering all of the energy left inside me. He looked towards my sweat covered face and took out his handkerchief from his pocket and started gently wiping my face with it. I guided his hand towards my stomach from where the pain was emerging.

" P-Pain, here." I said unable to say the whole sentence. He started caressing that area with his hand.
