But for now, Rudra just wanted to get back at Dheer for putting Anaya through all those things and breaking her heart. Although she didn't say a word of complaint, they knew her too well to know how much she must have suffered.

They won't stop Dheer from making efforts as they too knew that he was a nice person but they had their fair share of revenge to take.

They will make Dheer suffer before he can win Anaya's heart back. He knew what Dr. Shah meant as Anaya had told everything to him...But he just wanted to incite Dheer that's why he suddenly grabbed the chance to unlock Anaya's phone with his fingerprints in front of him and read the message aloud as icing on the cake...

And he was thoroughly relishing the moments when Dheer had to suppress his anger and pretend to be nonchalant about what's transpiring around him. And more than that he loves to see him jealous. That's why he left no chance to make him jealous. Like just now how he unlocked Anaya's phone with his fingerprints after getting his attention. 'Serves him right' was what he always chanted in his mind when Dheer was jealous.

And true to his scheme, Dheer was drowning in an ocean of vinegar. Aside from the fact that Dr. Shah was still plotting to make Anaya his nephew's wife the fact that Rudra unlocked her phone with his fingerprints was burning his insides. He wanted to cut Rudra's hands there and then. But he controlled himself just for the sake of Anaya. He was mentally taking notes of all such facts for which he will get back at this Rudra once he wins Anaya's heart. He took a deep breath and picked up a glass of cold water to subside his anger.

But Rudra had other plans. As if he would let Dheer get off this easy. He smirked when he saw Dheer drinking water. 'Trying to calm down this early? As if I'll let you.'

He then smacked his head and said out loud "Oh! how silly of me. How can I forget that Dr. Shah is planning to make you his daughter in law? But what's taking you so long to respond to it, Ducky. Wasn't his nephew your big time crush in college? It's such a big opportunity for you. Just tell Dr. Shah about your divorce already."

"Pfffff.." Dheer sprayed the entire water in his mouth on the table while few drops entered his windpipe giving him a coughing attack.

*cough cough* "Wh.." *cough* "What!!!!!" Dheer managed to say in between his coughs. Even his friends were shocked at this piece of news. Instead of aiding Dheer they too turned towards Rudra with the shocking expression on their face, hoping that he'll tell them more.

"Rudy!! Stop it. Are you okay Dheer?" Anaya quickly stood up and reached behind Dheer while chiding Rudra and started patting Dheer's back. She would rather stand behind him than face Dheer right now. She had totally forgotten about this crushing thing and the mere mention of it brought back her memories turning her crimson.

Dheer's coughing stopped after a few seconds and he gulped down a glass of water to stop the damn coughing. But this time he was careful to not let it enter the windpipe.

After his coughing stopped, Rudra continued "Hey what did I say wrong. If you didn't have a crush on him then why are you blushing right now? And believe me, that guy also had something for you or else why would he only talk to you among all the girls in our college. In fact, he didn't even talk to boys as much as he talked to you whenever he visited and..."

"Excuse me... I think I need fresh air. I'm sorry" Dheer interrupted Rudra and walked out of the cafe. If he heard anymore he would lose it there and then which he could not afford right now. He didn't want to scare Anaya.

"We'll check on him." Sam and Arav followed Dheer while Rehan being gossipmonger couldn't let go of this huge piece of spicy news, so he stayed with the girl gang to listen to the entire conversation.

But to their utter dismay, Rudra didn't continue after Anaya glared at him and they couldn't press him either.

After some time Dheer returned and they quickly finished their lunch and headed back to their homes.

"I'm telling you that Rudra isn't what he looks like. He's doing all this on purpose." Elisa broke the silence on their way back. Sam, Dheer, and Eva were taking the backseat while Rehan was driving.

"I also think the same. I don't know what he's planning but he is trying to incite you Dheer. Beware of him and don't let him pull you by ears" Sam agreed with Elisa.

"Noted. I'll be careful" Dheer said. It was really difficult for him to calm down back in the cafe. If it was not for Sam he would have broken a few things and created a scene there. He didn't know he was capable of losing his senses when it came to Anaya. It was the first time he was feeling these emotions and he was thankful that his friends were with him to help him or else he didn't know what he would have done.
