01. The Transmigration

Barry Allen's world had been plunged into total darkness. It has been nine-months now that he has been trapped within the confines of his own mind, lost in a coma after 'that' accident. But time seemed to move on without him and Central City, continued to be intertwined with the mysteries, spinning its webs of secrets.

Within the same body, as one soul was fading away… another consciousness was slowly merging with the body.

As the heart monitor beeped rhythmically beside his hospital bed, an eerie calm settled over the room. The machine hummed softly, and the fluorescent lights cast a sterile glow. Snow and Ramon bustled about the room, checking the monitors and adjusting the IV lines, oblivious to the changes happening within his body.

Then it began…

A blinding flash of light erupted from within the depths of Barry's unconsciousness. The air slightly quivered with otherworldly energy, on another plane. For a brief moment, the boundaries of reality blurred, and time stopped for a brief moment.

Bryan, once an inhabitant of an entirely different world working a 9-5 at a gas station, lost his life untimely to a pipe explosion suddenly felt a chilling, disorienting and overwhelming flood of sensations on his very soul, pulling it into a dark vortex.

He was being sucked in, going through a whirlwind of memories and emotions that wasn't his own.

Within that moment where the two identities merged, Bryan glimpsed the life of Barry Allen—a childhood spent in Central City, a passion for forensic sciences and the haunting memories of Nora, his mother's murder. Bryan felt Barry's love for Iris west, his dedication to his job at the Central City Police Department and the gnawing frustration of being a powerless witness to the rising rates of crimes in his city.

But…beneath all of this, was something else, something…unique—an electrifying energy, a force that surged through their veins like a bolt of lightning. It was power unlike anything he's ever known before, an exhilarating rush that almost threatened to completely overwhelm his senses.

And then with a sudden jolt of that electrifying force, the two worlds collided.

Barry Allen's eyes snapped open, and his body convulsed as if it had been electrified. He felt a rush of sensations—everything was crystal clear; he could feel the breeze against his skin slowly passing through. He gasped for breath, feeling a strange power coursing through his veins.

"What…what's happening?" Barry mumbled, even his voice was foreign to his own ears. His fingers clutched the white hospital sheets as his mind was struggling to make sense of the surge of memories and emotions flooding his consciousness. He tried lifting his arms and moving his body, but they felt slightly sluggish and responded slowly to his command.

Caitlin and Cisco noticing the change in stats on the machine quickly rushed to his bedside.

" Barry! Barry, are you okay?" Caitlin asked checking his heartbeat and flashing a torch at his eyes to check if he was aware of where he was.

"I'm…I'm fine" Barry struggled to say, slightly annoyed by the noise. He removed the IVs from his hands and sat up from the bed, his head still ringing from the surge of memories.

" Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. You cannot be making sudden movements right now, give your body time to adjust. We also need to monitor your vitals now that you've woken. You were struck by lightning, Barry."

"I'm Cisco Ramon and she's…Dr. Snow."

'Yeah, no shit sherlock'

But what caught Barry's attention was a glowing blue dot in the corner of his view.

'What's that?'

His voice seemingly triggered an action and the blue dot enlarged;
