Last Minute changes (Part 1)

A day later

The results of the Sand Village and Konoha affair were released.

The other villages were shocked as they read the reports, shouting "That old hag actually agreed?! Is that Uchiha so scary?!?"

A looked at the report in the Cloud Hokage Office, frowning. His assistant said "What do you think, Lord Raikage?"

A replied with a frown, "Forget it… The old hag didn't even dare make a peep in front of this kid. They even left their Jinchuuriki in Konoha, it's not time for another war. How is that old bastard Onoki reacting?"

His assistant replied with a smile, "Not even a fart, Raikage." A snorted and cursed, "Can't that old bastard be more bold!? I really want to destroy him…"

As for the Mist village…

Well, who cares about them?

Ryu was sitting in the Hokage office, dealing with paperwork as Shikamaru was watching over Temari.

Shikaku looked at the two kids and rubbed his chin…

Kankuro and Gaara were being watched by Shino and Sasuke respectively.

Sasuke just came back from getting beaten up by Itachi so Ryu had him stay around Gaara for now.

Shino already beat Kankuro so there was no issue there.

Mainly, Ryu put Shikamaru and Temari together. They were together in Boruto, maybe they would develop feelings earlier on?

Then he could siphon talents from the Sand Village.

Ryu smiled to himself, 'I'm so damn smart, what a genius.'

Anko walked in, saying "Hokage-sama~" Ryu stiffened and Anko sat on his desk, giggling "Oh my, you look like my husband!"

Ryu coughed and said "Miss Anko, please. I am your husband." Anko puffed her cheeks and said "You're no fun!" Ryu curled his lips and said "Speaking of Husband… Do you want to get married?"

Anko froze and panicked slightly "Wh-What?! When?! Now!? I don't know! Ah! Someone called me! Gotta go!" as she smashed through the window, escaping.

Ryu was dumbfounded as he looked at the shattered window.

Shikaku ran in and shouted "Hokage?!" Ryu looked awkward and said "Oh um.. I slipped and smashed my face into the window…" Shikaku froze and said flatly "That's probably the worst excuse I've ever heard…"

A while later

Ryu sent out clothing designs to all the tailors in the village along with shoe designs and other articles of clothing from the modern era.

These clothes were too ugly most of the time, and secondly, SANDALS?! AHHHH!

So Ryu decided to inspire them with new and creative designs from the Modern era of his past life. He also informed Shikaku to form a commerce chamber of sorts to outsource Konoha products.

Ryu tried to remember the different forging methods of his previous life, writing down what he could remember and handing it to the blacksmiths of the village.

They were stunned and gained inspiration from the sparse knowledge that Ryu provided them.

And many more!

Ryu went around to various industries, passing on knowledge from his previous life to make everything better.

Since Konoha basically had a monopoly on these resources, Ryu figured that the village should make a lot of money on these special products by selling them to the rest of the world.

After finishing everything, there was only 1 day till the 7 day deadline.

Ryu met with Hanabi, Hinata, and Neji, passing them the completed Gentle Waterfall Fist which had been renamed 'Gentle Roaring Waterfall Fist'!

He was satisfied with this name and showed them the moves to practice with.

The three little ghosts nodded and started practicing as Ryu watched them, writing in a notebook while glancing at a few pages of notes from Kakashi.

Ryu had to work fast as Naruto and Sasuke were going to leave soon, by the time Tsunade came back.

He needed to complete the Sun Breathing Sage Mode and Moon Breathing Sage Mode.

Thankfully, with Kakashi's notes it was much smoother than the first time!

The next day

Chiyo came back with all the requirements.

Ryu stripped her clean and smiled happily as he watched her sign the armistice agreement.

In the end, she left with the little Sand ghosts.

Shikamaru watched Temari leave a strange feeling in his heart. She looked back at him and paused before waving and quickening her steps.

Shikamaru was stunned and sighed as she disappeared, "What a drag…"

Shikaku rubbed his head and smiled, thinking sincerely 'This Hokage… What a genius…'

He could see through everything!

Leaving the younger generation of the Sand Village with the younger generation of Konoha so that they develop relationships early which will lead to less war in the future.

Especially his son that seemed to have gotten a girlfriend, maybe even a wife!

The old man was proud, that little girl wasn't too bad! She had good looks and was a Genius ninja, his grandson will definitely be a genius!

Shikaku burst out into happy laughter, his thoughts moving wildly out of control.

He was already thinking of his great great great granddaughter leaving flowers at his grave!

What a guy…

Ryu took out the Reincarnation Jutsu from Chiyo and the Impure World Reincarnation, comparing the two.

He hummed to himself and rubbed his chin before bundling them together, keeping them on his person.

He had already read the entire Scroll of Seals.

The cool thing about Sharingan is that once he read a jutsu, he basically never forgot it.

The bad thing about himself was that his Nature Chakra was only Flames.

So he couldn't learn Flying Thunder God and the other Jutsu. Only some sealing Jutsu and other Jutsu that didn't require specific Nature changes.

He could use Rasengan, though.

As well as the Reincarnation Techniques.

Although, he wouldn't use them.

Ryu's strength laid in Taijutsu and Heat, the Rasengan was basically an unnecessary jutsu for him to use, but he still learned it for fun.

It didn't really matter anyway.

Just in case, maybe he would need it, maybe not.

He has shadow clones constantly practicing Jutsu all day long anyway. From the moment they were created to the moment their chakra was exhausted to their creation, they were continuously practicing Ninjutsu.

As for Body techniques and Taijutsu, only a moron would have a Shadow Clone practice that… It didn't do anything except give you the experience of the training.

It's like watching a training montage.
