CHAPTER 96 – Garren: Kitchen Help

With everything that happened between Xavier and Raven, Zeno was not dumb enough not to protect her and prevent Xavier's rage and jealousy from showing.

Although he had no idea what happened between Xavier and Xander, or the fact that Sky was Xander's mate, from his earlier theory with Xander, he could deduce the same for Xavier.

That was the only bloodied explanation as to why he reacted after seeing him speak to her and perhaps the sole reason why he got irritated when other males stared at her.

Knowing that the last thing Zeno wanted at this point was to anger Xavier even more. When he saw Arrow move over to Raven, he knew that was a sight for sore eyes and intervened.

"Ah, thanks for the water, I needed that." He snatched the container from Arrow's hand, flashing a warm smile.

"Raven, shall we?"

Having not expected his appearance, Arrow reacted a little later.
