2 The Beginning of a Tail the Betrayal of the Groom

Once there was a 10 year old boy whose name was Siphon. He was a happy boy who lived on the other side of the bay with his sister Melody. Who acted like a mother to her baby brother Siphon who never grew up to know his own. When one day his sister decided to get married to a man named Jarred. Who was a shipman in the red bay near we're they lived. Which is we're they meet for the first time and fell in love with each other. Siphon was very happy for his sister and he liked Jarred excited he would now have a father. Which was sad cause in this tail Jarred felt a deep hatred for Siphon who he thought Melody loved more than himself. Jealous of the child he planned a way to get rid of him which would happen today during the engagement ceremony before his marriage to Melody. (Siphon's Prov) "Your getting married I'm so exited I'm gonna have a dad" said Siphon who was excited about the marriage. His sister Melody giggled at her brothers actions and was happy Siphon liked Jared. Siphon wore a small suit to look nice at his sisters wedding.He new Jarred didn't like him very much but he was determined to change that.So his sister can have a good wedding and all live happily together with Jarred as his father.He never had a dad before so he was excited that he was going to have one. Even if they didn't like him he would change that by being the best son ever determined to make Jarred see him as his own child. (Time skip Jarred's Prov). Jarred was getting ready for the party that would start in a few minutes When a man came into his room "sir it's been done" said the man his name was Tod he is one of Jarred's crew members. "Did you put the fire lamp under the engine" asked Jarred "yes captain" said Tod "good now go". Then when he was done Jarred went to meet Melody and Siphon. He went up the docks and down the street to Melody's home. Then knocked on the door to see Melody already there at the entrance letting him in and we're she gave him quick peek on the lips. Before she led him to the living room we're Simon was playing (Siphon's Prov)

"hello siphon how are you doing today are you ready for the wedding" Jarred asked. "Yep sure am" siphon said excited for the wedding and just a little bit about the cake as well since it looks supper delicious when he saw it during the wedding set up. They talked like this until Melody decided to ask something to Jarred "so Jarred are you going to walk with me to the party". I was surprised when instead he said "actually Melody I would like to try and spend some bonding time with my soon to be son". "That's a wonderful idea Jarred I'll leave him in your care then have fun you to and be a good boy alright Siphon" said Melody before herding the boys out the door. So she could do some last minute adjustments to her look. "Don't worry I'll be good bye" I said before catching up to Jarred. Where we talked all the way on till we reached the boat where he said had a surprise waiting for me.

"It's time to show him the boat the lamp will make youengine explode any minute now" Thought Jarred while he was guiding Siphon through his work boat. We're he hid Siphon's " surprise " which was a small boat with its own engine that he bought for Siphon. That he put a fire lamp under the engine of so it would overheat and explode while Siphon was onboard the small ship. When they got to the side deck he heard the party starting and decided to carry out the plan. And asked "hey Siphon are you ready for your surprise " Siphons eyes lit up and he new Siphon called for it hook,line,and sinker.

(Siphon's prov)

"Yes" I'm so excited Jarred's going to show me the surprise he was telling me about. He tacks me to the middle of the side and shows me, A SMALL BOAT !!!! "I This for me" I ask excited he chuckles and says yes eeehhhh!!!!! I can't wait to try it out. Apparently he reads minds cause the next thing he says almost made me pass out. "You want to try it out it's for you after all" Jarred says and of course I agree. He helps me on and I look around the small ship it's perfect is he gonna teach me how to use it. Is he going to mentor me like a dad teaching there son how to take over the family business. While all these things are running around in my head I suddenly hear Jarred say something. "What!?" I asked before I realize what's happening

The engine's caught fire time to try and "help"Siphon. I have this planned perfectly I'll warn Siphon very loudly when it's to late and cry saying I tried but I was to late to help him. Then Melody while in mourning will full depend on me and there will be no more of that brat. Melody will move on eventually and I'll be there to be there for her and we'll make our own family. Well here it goes "Siphon the engine it's on fire the boats going to blow!!" I yelled on for him to realize it at the last minute poor boy is so naive oh well works for me.

Oh no he said the engine is on fire it's going to blow I have to get out of here. I run to the side of the boat but it's to late. The only thing I think at that moment is "why was there a fire lamp under the engine?" Before everything goes black.
