1 .1.

Here I was, in my classroom, with no one, waiting for the one who calls himself a teacher to stop writing on his phone and take my work to correct it so I could leave. I spent a week struggling to get it right and pass the course, so if you don't correct it now, I will leave no matter what I say.

It took five minutes for the teacher to stop smiling on the phone, take my work and then look at it.

I'm not going to lie, I was nervous, especially when I saw the serious face he made when correcting, until a laugh escapes her.

At that moment I felt that all sense of courage and comfort disappeared, that instead fear and insecurity were present.

Is he laughing at my test or is he remembering his recent conversation on his cell phone?

I rubbed my hands trying to chase away the nerves that consumed me, my stomach was roaring, not from hunger, but from fear, my legs were shaking, I was a mess in just 5 minutes.

-Nicole Clark. -the professor called, putting my test on the desk and crossing his legs.

I stop looking at my legs to look at him.

I watched him review the test once more on his lap, while he glanced at me.

-Congratulations, an impeccable ten, coming from you, I am quite surprised, how did you manage to learn everything in such a short time? -he said, tangling her fingers and leaning on them, looking at me, waiting for an answer.

-The truth is that I do not know. -I commented sighing. -I guess it's because I sat down and started to make an effort, and thanks to them I was able to understand many things. -I said pointing to my friends, who were looking at me from the door, causing the teacher to look away from them and then look at me from new- They were very kind to share part of their time teaching me.

-I understand, you owe them a lot, it's nice that as teenagers they are helping each other. -explains with a smile, which by the way, has a very contagious smile. -Well Nicole, I have to get on with that. -He said, pointing to his pile of notebooks

-Bye teacher, thanks for the opportunity. -I said jokingly, as I began to put away all my school supplies.

-See you later Nicole. -He greeted me without looking away from his exams, still cross-legged.

I didn't answer him and went over to my friends, who were waiting for me impatiently, leaning against the doorframe.

- What's wrong with them? -I think the question was obvious, since their smiles widened, they gave more fear than joy.

-It seems strange to us that you say that thanks to us you approved, it's a nice detail, Nicole, I suppose we appreciate the credits. -Michael said grabbing his backpack and slung it over his shoulder to start walking with us.

-Anyway, we would have, we're your friends. -This time Dani spoke, flicking her brown bangs to the side.

-I wouldn't have, but they forced me. -Diego says looking at us badly.

-You were going to do the same. -This is Dani.

- Could we stop being sentimental to each other? I'm not used to this. -Michael said, with a disgusted face, hiding his smile.

-Michael is right, you are not like that, please. -I said, taking my cell phone out of my backpack to see the time and put it back.

-Times change, you know? -Michael spoke, changing his disgusted face from just now, looking out the school window.

-Anyway, let's go to the cafeteria, I'm starving. By the way ... - I remembered - we must do the literature homework that we owe Jasmine.

-Do not remind me that. -Diego exclaimed, frowning.- can't stand that girl, she's very annoying.

-You were the one who asked him for the job for not having done it before. Michael told him, still looking out the window.

-But I didn't think I'd have to return it.

When we got to the cafeteria, we each asked for an apple with a vanilla yogurt, while they talked about any topic.

What we always talked about, for example, is that we had very little to finish our classes, exactly one month, and so we could wait in peace for the beginning of winter, we were anxious, we wanted our holidays to come and so we could go to a house that Michael's grandparents lovingly guarded. The cabin was located almost next to some giant mountains and next to a beautiful lake, one of the reasons we thought it would be good to go, the lake was going to freeze. It's beautiful when you think about it like that, but the negative point is the area where everything that was located was a big city, houses, families, parks and… factories. They blew up a lot of smoke, they polluted the air too much, people threw garbage on the street and that didn't help at all. One of the reasons Michael's grandparents left was that they couldn't take that long, they were sick and that is why they agreed to let Michael use the house whenever he wanted, but responsibly.

"What a nice day it is" I say looking out the cafeteria windows. "Do you want to go out today?"

"And where would we go?"

"There, I don't want to be here"

An annoying noise interrupted us

Unknown number.

That was what I checked in my recent notifications.

"Who?"

"I don't know ..." I answered Dani, then I turned off the cell phone and ignored what came to me.

" What if it's important?" asks Michael.

"They'll call me if it's important. I don't want to have geography, honestly" I said to change the topic of conversation

"What if we run away?" Dani asked, reading my mind, I couldn't help but exaggerate and jump into his arms, squeezing him.

"I love you I love you I love you"

"I am also going to accompany you" Michael got up, grabbed his backpack, making signs that we hurry, Dani and I did the same. Someone was still missing, the three of us looked at Diego, who looked at us badly, he doesn't like to miss classes.

"I have to accompany them? Now we will have an exam, and I studied for that" We do not respond. "Okay, but only this time" we smiled and started walking towards the exit, listening to the entrance bell, watching the students walk towards their classrooms, while we made fun of them.

After leaving school, Diego and Michael accompanied Dani and me to get our bicycles that were in the parking lot, after removing the locks that we put on them, we got on them, Diego got on behind Dani on the bike, while I was alone, since Michael preferred to walk, although that did not last long as he took out his skateboard and started riding with us on it.

"Where are we going?" Diego asked us, sitting on the back of Dani's bicycle.

Michael looked at us, waiting for our response.

"I don't know, I just wanted to leave, I'll follow you" We couldn't help but laugh out loud.

"Shall we go to the park"

"The one that is half abandoned or the new one?" I asked.

"I didn't know there was a new park, anyway, let's go to the abandoned one"

After that, we left for the new park, chatting and laughing.

When we got to the park we kept talking, putting down our bikes and sitting on the grass.

"Still do not see the message they left you?" Dani asked me, I roll my eyes, I open my backpack and look for my cell phone.

Finding it, I pulled it out and unlocked it in front of them, finding more than 10 WhatsApp notifications.

"What is this? "I wonder, Michael sees me strange and snatches my cell phone.

"What the hell is this Nicole?" I speak, looking at the cell phone with a frown.

"Let me see"

"Shit"

When he returns it to me, I find messages quite strong and cruel, some were like "You're a bitch" "Don't go out with them" or even messages like "Congratulations on passing".

"I want to see" I could not answer that because Diego snatches my cell phone and approaches Dani, to be able to see my screen together.

"What if he reports it?" Dani asks after reading the message with Diego, crossing his arms.

"No, I'm just going to block it" I don't say anything else, I do, I block the contact and keep the cell phone in my backpack, ignoring the tense atmosphere that was formed.

After a minute of seeing the beautiful and gloomy environment of the abandoned park in which we were, we heard how Diego got up calling us to follow him, so we did, we picked up our bikes, Michael his skateboard, and we set off. on a trip, following Diego, who was calm.
